There is a final count! If you read the description you can see that Ctrl brings up the blueprint you're supposed to build! Then you sound the bell in the bottom left corner to get scored :D

Just... wow. 
I've seen some bangers this jam but this. THIS takes the cake for me.
It has everything i want in a game. Tight gameplay where every system works so well with eachother, Super satisfying scaling, Immaculate vibes, amazing artsyle, good sounddesign... etc etc 

I'm blown away.
This was amazing and i hope you continue working on this because there is definately room to grow for this game, and i'd love to buy and experience a longer experience based on this

Yeah i'm already working on the post jam version, and i definetly want a "zen mode" where you kinda just chop away at statues without any time limit or scoring 

Cool concept! i think this could be expanded to be very fun, it just needs a little more feedback and more ways to dodge attacks

Omg such a lovely game, and the mechanics are spot on!!

The controls can be a little janky at times, but i had a great experience with this! and it oozes charm too haha

thank you so much for the comment! and yeah, the idea for the story is that you get requested larger and larger statues, but i didn't have time to actually implement a story, so now you just get 3 different sizes of statues

Ahh, you can move the camera with WASD. the resolution of the game is set, so there shouldnt be a problem seeing it! 

A little unresponsive controls, but otherwis a cool idea!

Ringing the bell will give you a ranking on your current statue and give you the next order

The idea is that as time goes on, these are going to be requests, and you need to live with your mistakes. and the further you go the more tools and other stuff you unlock to help you out in later stages

Oh lord, this is OOZING with style!! I love how unintuitive the controls are, and i feel like this could just as well have been made for the 2020 jam "Out of control" lol

I really like the polish and style of the game, and i love the ikaruga-esque gameplay! I kinda wish the mess you create would be persistant on the map, and also that there were more variety within the gameplay such as different enemies, attacks you can only dodge in one specific scale etc etc. but all in all, great job!

 Another QoL thing would be being able to scale up and down with scrollwheel so i don't have to move my hands from WASD B^)
