Such a nice little concept. The music, worlddesign and especially the artstyle sold the idea of a sneaky little mouse (ratatouille vibes). The character design especially were very nice.
In terms of level design:
At times i had some difficulties finding my way around the level, (only to discover at the end i zoom out haha), epescially when making certain jumps; leading me to have some difficulties on where to go. Some signposting could greatly help this (If you look at the platforming sections of Doom (2016) they put green lights on each thing you need to jump, clamber and climb onto. Or Mirror's Edge where anything interactible is made a bright yellow, red or blue color. Or you could something more subtle).
Lastly, the layout of the level (and how i progressed through it) was slightly confusing, perhaps you can look at how other games structure this (completely linear, a central hub with different sections, something in between, etc).
I do like how the different set pieces (balls of wool, swinging lamp, and pushable broom) fed into the gameplay, that was nicely done.
All-in-all, very nice :D
The art style is nice and the puzzles are fun. I find it a bit difficult to differentiate between the walkable floors and non-walkable floors though. Maybe you can differentiate them by adding outlines? Or maybe have more contrast between the color of background and the color of foreground. But overall, it's very fun
Pretty fun game with lots of creativity. A little rough around the edges, but that's okay for a game made in 96 hours
You definitely had a great idea for the name :) It's really fun to explore the world you've made! Climbing blankets also felt surprisingly cool haha.
Love art style of this game. It is so beautyful
Such a charming game! Fantastic art, and a ton of fun to explore the house in various forms. Big fan!
Very very cute, thanks for making this :)
Man the Tom and Jerry style really made me nostalgic, very short and sweet. Although I didn’t know you could double jump until I got stuck, maybe I missed it showing me somewhere. Nonetheless, very cute and good use of the theme!
That's an oversight we didn't catch until it was too late to change! Oops. Thanks for playing!
The art style of this is fantastic. I love running in and out of the mouse holes. This totally gives me Tom and Jerry vibes. I think I even saw a picture of Tom on the wall. ;-) Well done!
Very very cute!!! Loved the shifting sizes and how they all had different roles!
Absolutely adorable, I love the changing sizes. I love the changing sizes and the decision to make a mouse game. I love the animations and the cat <3 -- just about everything is adorable. Finishing it up (Mouse Solidarity <3)
Very cute mouse game, I enjoyed the art style and music, and they worked together well. It took me a while to realize you could change sizes, I guess I missed the prompt at the beginning, but once I figured that out I was able to complete the game successfully (though monocle mouse was tricky!). I only wish mouse #2 had more of a role he could play because he was my favorite mouse :)
The prompt at the beginning should be more clear! Ran out of time, but wanted to show it if you hadn't transformed yet.
A nice mouse game ! Go here to become a real Dwarf !!!
Thanks for reviewing the game! Tried your game too, crazy impressive that you managed to make a leaderboard during the jam!
Thanks a lot, that was very challenging x). do not hesitate to give a note :)
Art is nice! Loved being able to swap sizes, really enjoyed the character art!
