i liked this game. i wanted to hit all the notes, but kept dying. when i tried to just get to the end, missing notes, after the screen stopped my eyes were like waaaaaa
while not a platformer fan, I did enjoy this game and laughed myself silly every time I missed a jump. good stuff!
Really cool, reminds me of HarmoKnight and the Tatsunoko VS Capcom credits mini game, world needs more rhythm platformers, also wholesome that someone so young helped make this. Great Job!
Played the first time without sound, saw the comments and returned to the game with sound. Loved the idea.
The song is amazing and great concept! really unique twist on the theme
I liked the idea for this game. Reminds me of geometry dash.
really like the music theme
A 2d rhythm runner game is such a great idea, super unique! It's so satisfying to get those notes! Nice work!
Cool idea!
I think the music interpretation of "scale" is probably the most difficult one to pull off, so great job doing it! (The notations acting as platforms is pretty funny) I would suggest working on the player controller a bit more, to make it feel a little tighter to control. Great job!
It would be awesome if you could give me feedback on my game too: https://itch.io/jam/gmtk-2024/rate/2903767
This is a really fun interpretation of the theme! I found it pretty difficult at first, but the music really helped me get into the flow eventually and I was able to finish! The background transition is super satisfying as well, and I love the Owen has two jams down already!
I think the thing that would most improve this game is the addition of a tiny bit of coyote time.
I think the piece sounds better with a few more rest notes!
Awesome game. Little bit hard for a platform noob like me but overall the music is so well executed.
Great idea. I love the running note, looks like a little goose :)
Apparently I'm bad at reading notes, couldn't get past the 50% mark.
Neat game though!
