Adorable art! (Also helps that I'm a bit of a sucker for capybaras)

The one thing I'd say is that with how fast your character moves it can be hard to control them sometimes, especially with how small of a target the pelicans are.

Super cute game though, I had a great time!

Super cool pixel art! Love it!
The game play is a bit repetitive, but because it gets harder after a while this is not too bad.
Not a super innovative idea but a super good polished game. A mobile port would be strong!

I love capybaras, such a cute art and music implemented here just like they are.

For a second, I didn’t realize it until pretty much later on the run that everything indeed β€œscales” down, that last stretch in the 60 second mark was tough, and I couldn’t beat it hahaha

Yeah, it gets pretty hard πŸ˜„
Thank you for checking out our game πŸ’œ

The art is really beautiful, also the gameplay feels soo good when playing it, great job :)) just one recommendation for in the future, try to make the game playable in browser, this way it will take even more ratings, but the game is really cool!

Thank you so muchπŸ’œ ! We had a lot of trouble when exporting cause it was our first time, but we would love to make it playable in the browser, maybe after we take a little break ^^

I completely understand, and I'm impressed that this was the first time, keep up the great work! :))

super cute! I loved the art and the variety of fruit I can throw!! something like a accuracy score may have discouraged me from spamming so much haha, but overall I think this is nicely polished especially for a new-to-godot game, awesome job!

Thank you so much ! πŸ’œ

great game love the art but i kinda beated the gameby hold down the cursor and running in one side if you add a limit to that it will be really good

check my game out

Developer(+1)

Thank you for checking our game out! It was limited to just the screen at first, but we thought that we should add the option to loop to the other side of the screen as well. Thank you for your feedback, we will consider it for a future update πŸ’œ

The art is very lovely! I wish there was more variation in the mechanics, as shooting pelicans moving in a straight line for 300 seconds (ok, I lost at around 50s left) isn’t exactly the most fun. I think even something like switching up the movement could be fun (ie. pelican moving left and right). I also feel like capybara could scale smaller the more you shoot, instead of just over time – that would make the player be more wary of spamming. Good work overall!

Hi! Thank you for your feedback! The capy scales when you miss and a pelican gets in the water :) Only the pelicans scale with time. We had about a week to learn godot and we didn't have enough time to balance it, but we'd love to do more with the pelicans like the movement you suggested!! Thank you so much πŸ’œ

I thought this was going to be relaxing but omg it's pretty evil to shrink me when I'm not even noticing. I got so tiny that my fruits all kept missing! Evil. But very cute art.

Developer

Ha ha ha, yeah it gets more evil with time πŸ˜„
