Nice work! I like the chonky rat and the resize mechanic was fun to use!
I think it would be nice if the boxes had higher friction when not being pushed as they slid more than I expected
Thanks for the feedback! They actually slide to align with the grid such that the resize mechanic works as intended
I see, that makes sense since I saw it slide back a few times
As a fellow rat game developer, this was a fun game. I especially liked the animations of the rat.
Overall game looks fun and the premise is interesting but every time a get a RATchet and enter a new screen the game just takes my RATchet and I cant progress (
Why is there a rat poiting at me with a hand ((((
The puzzles made me think from the first minute, really good pace and difficulty curve! I can see how you have ingested in the game making!
Again, why is a rat circling in the air ((((, is he the sensei of turtles?
I want a sequel where he has to find Clank. 🤖
Great game, had a lot of fun trying to figure out how to beat each level.
The animation on how the rat moves is very cute. I love the little dive he does after you jump.
Really fun. I thinks you can skip the part of the game but I could be wrong. I had like 5 keys when I entered the last room. Was cool to move the box and then jump of the box between the roms to get higher. Nice game I really liked it. Nice art by the way. :)
I checked you can skip a big part of the game bt picking up the key in a room with a pit and then pressing restart. Then you pick the key in the room before press restast. then use one key to make a path. Then pick the second key. And then it is exactly like the inteded ending path. Was fun to find it. :)
think of it as an open-worlds aspect hehe. glad you enjoyed playing and breaking the game 🫡
Thanks for playing our game! Actually, the original idea for the game was making a puzzle metroidvania, but the scope was waaaay too large for a game jam. I just tried what you suggested, and I think I see what you mean. I didn’t really use a timer, but I finished the game well below 2min with your strategy hahah
Nice art!
Rat Supremacy!! Love the idea of being able to edit the boxes. All in all, great job! :)
the puzzles in this game are well made, i like the rat sprite a lot too, got a weird softlock where i could only enter edit mode or restart the level in the one room where you carried the ratchet through two screen transitions sadly
deadline was a looming so some kinks and roughness gotta stay, sorry 'bout that. glad you like the puzzles!
Very cool artistic design! The levels are brilliant, and it's very cool to use the box mecanic to progress.
If you want, we also made a game about a rat hahaha

I love the rat animations. By far the most "rat" animation ive seen. As always, a sucker for rat main characters and platform puzzle genre
I love how the rat falls, very nice idea and tricky puzzle!
Art was amazing
Nice pun, kinda janky to control but chellenge right from the start, well done!
The visual effects and audio for the ratchet mode was really good! Took me a moment to realize the ratchet breaks after you exit edit mode. Also really like the cover image
I had fun playing the game, but got stuck when i got to the beginning again. was there something there?
I’m glad you liked it! The objective is actually getting to the screen to the left of the beginning, but you need to have at least 2 ratchets (keys) for that.
ah, I didn't get that
Loved being a rat, got stuck :(
gRATifying puzzle game!
the elaboRATe world concept is a bit overwelming for me, but it worked RATher well!
