Oh my.... holy.... What the... This game is the personification of panic itself. All the time I'm playing it I'm thinking "How the hell am I still alive... I'm gonna die!!! How am I still alive... I'm... What??? Oh I'm dead.... MORE!"
To say I enjoyed this game would be a massive understatement. Great look, great controls, great music, great sounds, wonderfully creative but simple take on the theme... Please, please extend this game as it is genius!
Thanks for the awesome comment!
I got 450.
The concept isn't bad, but really need some work. Like, do I really have to hit those bigger demons with a specified order ?
The menu looks similar to the one from When Penguins Attack.
Congrats on the high score! I totally agree that there's a long way to go (and 100% agree in hindsight that I should have dropped the in-order hit requirement).
Everything ingenious is simple

Thank you! The difficulty curve is on my to-work list!
Fun idea. I'd say rolling to roll a dice is funner then just rolling a dice.
Ramps up in difficulty very very quickly but its honestly a really good time!! Some kind of additional indications that would maybe highlight enemies you have the current number for might be helpful cause I tend to find myself doing really long sets of dashes and not ever really realizing when I should be shooting to have it really do anything. Still really fun but could maybe do something like highlighting enemies you have the number of, spawning clumps of the same numbered enemies in similar locations to make mowing through waves feel better, or simply reducing damage when using the wrong number. The big enemies also almost remind me of how people would tackle large enemies in a typing game, so maybe some kind of input has to be used for every different number? Or maybe you have to try and land the dice on the correct number by stopping the roll at the correct time or something like that!

Great idea, fun.
Really cool simple concept! It's great that game make player choose between running and shooting.
Very fun and good idea. Having the dodge and reroll be the same action is a bold choice, it give a pretty unique flow to the game.
It's a bit frustrating getting stuck with none of the numbers you need, but it's the sort of game where that frustration is part of the fun.
Cool idea! And the difficulty curve is spot on. Only thing I'd change is restricting the player area to a smaller area, so that you can't stand on the edge where a demon spawns and kills you instantly.
great concept its kinda hard to realize when you have the right number
I love the tension between rolling the right number and being in the bad spot. Very interesting gameplay! Multiple-hit bosses are great idea too!
I love how rolling also rolls the dice - a really neat way to fit with the theme.
Could do with more than one hit before you die but otherwise a great play.
Thanks! A health/life bar is on the shortlist for post-jam improvements!
Cool concept! Sometimes it was a bit hard to read though because of how small the dice were above the player/enemies.
Interesting to hear. I'll add this to the list of improvements!
