Really cute, short but sweet game! I really love the art, sound, and music. Intro cutscene was also really nice. The gameplay was nice and simple but a little bit tedious at times if I was just rerolling over and over till I got the number that would unlock the door. I also wish there was a bit more invincibility time when getting hit that let you walk through enemies because sometimes in the boss battle I would get stuck in a corner and get hit multiple times. It was fun though and I played it all the way through! Great game!

Really fun, cute game. The concept is really interesting, where the number of pips you roll directly effects the game world. The presentation is amazing, and the game is fun! It even gives a handicap for those who are particularly unlucky. Wonderful work!!!
How did you manage to make all the art for this in such a short time :O Crazy, amazing work!
The graphics are great! The little quips and the text make this game a lot more fun to play.
The core loop of the game needs some tweaking. The only move is a roll that changes your number, so if you're racing to get through a numbered door, the mere act of evading to get through it will lock the door from you. ๐
I love the presentation and the premise. Thank you for sharing this with us.
Awesome game! Had a blast playing. Excited to maybe see a continued story!
The art is great, moving around feels great, the parts of the game where you're bouncing off enemies and avoiding damage are surprisingly fun for how simple the controls are. Although I feel like this is a case where the game would be a lot better without needing the rng of specific rolls to progress or damage the boss.
If the player could perform certain actions to get certain numbers I feel like that would probably work a lot better. I'm pretty sure I saw in one of your other comments you were thinking of doing things like having players "steal" the numbers off ladybugs by hitting them? I think that's a pretty smart direction to take something like this, although as it is this is an impressive base.
very cool game, i really enjoy it ^^ well done guys

Very interesting game! It is pretty, the sounds are pleasing and the general mechanics are good!
The only point is that it is hard sometimes to balance a luck element in the game. When you go on dry spell on the dice, it can get frustrating (specially during the doors parts; the boss also, but I get it being more difficult as the final boss hehe)
Great work, guys!
Thanks! Yeah, I never really designed my games around luck elements before. At least I made it so the next number is always different, so you technically have a 20% chance of getting the right number instead of 16.7%.
I'm a solo dev by the way, the submission form completed my answers as "we" for some reason.
I liked the idea of fighting Caesar by matching dice rolls with his cape, very clever use of the theme!

Creative game, really enjoy the gameplay. The movement of the player are smooth and cute though.
This game is fantastic. Love the art and animation. Having the lady bugs spots effect if they chase you is so clever. Boss fight is really hard. Super fun game. Great job.
What a gorgeously adorable game!! I'm in love with the art style and animations. I did find some aspects of gameplay to be somewhat tedious, mostly involving me rolling randomly until the right number came up, but otherwise this was an awesome adventure!
I absolutely loved this game, especially the lore, but maybe ease up on the number of ladybugs and add something you can actually hurt, I personally felt really annoyed cus I couldn't hit them even when they attacked me first.
