This was a really cool little game! I found the secret room, and had a lot of fun exploring the level. Agree with earlier comments about the limited shots, but would also like to add that the shirt shot being the only one that could break the cracked walls was very unfortunate, especially when I got unlucky and had to sit there reloading until it came up. All that said, I loved the general aesthetic you had going on- stylistically it was pretty tight haha
I really like the idea and really really like the look and music of this.
You could make it way better if you polish it up. Like the mouse cursor is sometimes dizzy, music doesnt loop, enemies just dont see you usualy and reloding so often doesnt add tention but just gets annoying.
I know that that's a lot of negative stuff but this all there is to make this game way way better. And cuz of that, its actually not that much.
You definetly got everything it takes to make top tier games (this entry is impressive for 48 hours)
Keep making games!
Fun game! I like the concept and aesthetics.
However, in something with 6 random options, having 2 of the options (glue gun and BANG!) be useless just felt really annoying. Not sure if this is something with others but my cursor didn't line up fully with the aimer in game?
It definitely has promise and I hope you work on it further!
The game has a really solid concept but I find constantly having to reload as tedious.
Nice game. However I really didn't like the fact each weapon seemed to have only one charge (or worse a timer after first shot, which is even more inconsistent.). Dynamite never got triggered for me, so it became the worst weapon that constantly slowed me down. The enemies behavior does not feel particularly smart either, as they seem to wait for me to approach them before chasing. And overall the pacing of shooting didn't feel good. Too much delay between actual shooting.
I think this idea has some potential, but could use some improvement. The fact that you can reroll at any time feels like a problem to me, since if you get something you don't want, you can just roll again. I think it'd be better if you were forced to use what you rolled before you can roll for another weapon. As it is, the random weapon feels more like an inconvenience but with that change along with some more enemy variety it could lead to some interesting decision making.
Nice game, but I found the time between reloading until you can actually fire to be a bit too long, kinda slowed down the pace a bit too much.
Still, good job on your game!
I really loved the gags and jokes. The secrets felt pretty good to explore and it was very satisfying to collect all of the die. I liked the final secret, but I do think its hard to find it because when you collect all of the dice you have to restart. Overall, this was a really awesome entry!
It's the lovely cohesive art style and animations that really elevate a simpler interpretation of the theme! You had me hooked at the first reload, and loved discovering all the weapons.
The addition of "BANG" was also a great option as it added a lot of stress to otherwise predictable combat. It's always fun to play something in a jam that doesn't take itself too seriously.
If you were to take this further, I was really hoping that when I picked up a second die, it would get added to my roll, and then I could akimbo with left and right click (or something).
I had fun, but gluegun and BANG came up too often. Plus lazer sometimes didn't register. Still fun though. also I saw the final secret but couldn't reach it because I found all the die
Overall a really enjoyable experience. Rough around the edges but very charming. And hey, I found the lil sneaky ;3
