Clean concise use of theme, and the RNG manipulation to make it easier to win was much appreciated! 😅 Well done all around!
Thank you so much for playing it on your stream! It was really fun to actually see someone play my game.
This is a great game! Took a while to get used to how far the bunny jumps when the dice roll 4 and above, I think a faint grid over the level would help in counting 4, 5 and 6 spaces away, but otherwise you did a good job! Hope you continue to work on it more post-jam :)
Thanks for playing! I'll probably expand on it a little bit more. Not sure if i'm going to turn this into a full on game yet, but will definitely add something of a grid.
An amazing game. It was really frustrating to play at the beginning as I kept jumping right into the water, but I loved the concept so much I wanted to see it through to the carrot. Once I realized that I could bump into objects, it really started to come together. Also made getting the carrot feel very satisfying.
I only have QoL suggestions to make, such as having the game space be more readable at a glance so the player is able to react to their roll quicker. This could be accomplished by having a semi-visible grid.
Nonetheless, this is an incredible game. Thanks so much for sharing!
Thanks for giving it such an effort! Really happy people are enjoying it. There were so many thing I still wanted to do, but there was just not enough time. Instructions / tutorial was one of those things, but people seem to figure it out. I totally agree with the grid thing. In de end I only had time to add a little patch of grass to any other tile, but it was way too subtle.
Really cool game! The concept is neat and is executed really well. I love how the game runs on a rythm. Also, the game is the perfect length. My biggest suggestion would probably be to make obstacles stand out just a bit more so it's obvious you can run into them. But once I realized that, the game was really fun!
That's probably a good idea. Should've also added instructions. But thanks so much for giving it a try! I'm really happy you enjoyed it.
this game is so cute... the sprites are adorable and i love the style; it was really hard for me though!
pretty fun concept, game goes a bit fast though
Really cute, I had a lot of fun with it. I think it could be improved by having a 3 or 4 zones that you work through that get progressively harder, with checkpoints at the start.
I agree. Took me so much time to get it al working, I literally build this level in the last hour without thinking too much about it.
I FINALY DID IT, I PICK A CARROT!!! Amazing game
That's awesome man! Happy you gave it a try
Thas was a great and fun game to play ! The art is nice aswell, GG !
Cool game, great idea. Not sure about the auto-moving though. Puzzle would maybe be hard enough just choosing where to go next?
I get it, but because the dice is mostly random (it will never roll a number that will lead to certain defeat), it's more about reacting and picking a direction that's safe and hopefully gets you closer to your goal. For it to work as a puzzle game, the numbers would probably have to be predetermined.
It's so cute!
The game looks great, and the gameplay is fun. I wish the dice timer was slower, but other than that, it's a good game!
Thanks! I was actually planning to make it faster and super stressful. This is why we need feedback xD
