Amazing simple space game with great sounds. Keep going!

Thank you, we will!

Now that would be the stuff to launch at the acid party and everyone would have the most existential trip ever. I love the music, very Animal Collective. The shader work is remarkable

Thanks!

That was beautiful! Zooming through space was super fun!

Developer

Thank you for your on-stream feedback! I've heard it multiple times now that what feels fun about the game is not what you should do to clear the objective, so we will probably modify the gameplay drastically in a future update.

Great visuals, I loved everything artistically. Sadly I'm not a good pilot and I at most reached 2nd generation :P

Developer

Glad you liked it! And don't worry, even us devs couldn't get very far ^^'

wow, it's pretty hard to navigate, but i guess this is part of the challenge. i was addicted by the feel of velocity and felt in love with the music.

If we had had more time to test we would've definitely made it easier, the current difficulty is not as it was intended. Glad you liked it!

So it might be a bit too difficult.  But..... really lovely feel to the controls and I loved the variety in planets and effects.  I really enjoyed this game

Developer

Thank you :) We will probably release a patch at some point to address the balance issues, and perhaps enhance the gameplay.

I don't know how I managed it but i kept getting stuck when two things would squish me haha i must be a magnet xD Regardless this was actually a lot of fun to play!

Very interesting and stylish game. The narrow feld of view made it a bit hard to dodge incoming stars/space objects when you were going fast. Other than that i foud the game delightful. It has an almost eerie quality about it as you hurdle through space and time. Very well done.

Thanks for the feedback!

I love the look of the game. The shaders are awesome and the music is great. Obviously the black holes look awesome, but the stars also have a very nice pulsating color and look.

Gameplay-wise I think its a bit unfair in the sense that you are almost always going blindly. Even if you re going very slowly, the other starts are coming in very fast so you cant really dodge them when you view your play this closely. Otherwise the controls are fun and I enjoyed it.

Maybe a bit slower gameplay, a bigger visible are and gravitational interactions could improve the gameplay.

Thanks for the comment! I fully agree with your remarks on the gameplay, we didn't have enough time to balance everything better. Will definitely nerf the obstacle speeds in a patch after the jam ends.

Just yesterday I had a conversation about fractal sun generator. Not sure how it should work, but suns in this game are very beautiful!

Thank you!

Very cool graphics and art.

This was delightful! The controls are simple, but I still got a bit twisted around from the pushing satellite being opposite my mouse, but expecting it to be on the same side. Something simple like an arrow to indicate direction would probably help.

Visually gorgeous, though, and despite it being what I'm supposed to be avoiding, bounding off the opposing stars was deeply satsifying. lol

Developer

Thank you! Perhaps we will reverse the controls in a future update, I can see why they are a bit jarring in the current state.
