Very nice work! I played through. Right when I said to myself, "I'm not gonna die, I died." :P
Very pretty entry. I especially liked the characters' pixel art. A minor thing I noticed is that scaling the window breaks it, there are some adjustments to be made in the project's scaling settings.
Good job overall, I also love going through the whole process of making everything from art to sound and gameplay and I recognize you put a lot of work into this.
Thank you, glad you liked it!
I'll look into the window scaling, I did not know that could happen. Thank you for your feedback!
Short and sweet! I liked the minimalist art and music. Cool to hold it all together with a narrative. The best part was really the controls! This game has solid platforming controls, despite it's very simple appearance and short length. Very impressive that you managed to do all things, including art and music! That's something I've always wanted to attempt for a jam, but never had courage. :-)
Thank you for your feedback, and glad you enjoyed the controls!
I'd encourage you to try some time. A lot of prioritizing tasks and time management is involved, especially when you don't know how to start making it (ahem, music for me).
Hi, very nice one. Enjoyed it, although it is quite short. I think it would have been cool if you would have focused on one thing (Game Design, Art, Sound) instead of doing all three (which is impressive). Still I think all three seemed unfinnished to me, and I believe it could have been better using premade assets or sound, so you could have looked more to the other. Now both seem a bit rushed. Anyways I liked it. Keep working
Thank you for your feedback!
I agree that doing all three made aspects of the game feel unfinished, and hence, short. I will take this into consideration for the next game jam.
Plays well and I like the pixel graphics.
It's nice that an additional element was added in the last level, maybe it would be a good idea for every level.
Good job.
Good point. It would make the levels a lot more interesting.
Thank you for playing!
oof I love the music <3
I'm really glad you liked it!
This is a really cute game. I wasn't entirely clear on the story, but I did like how you went through different revolutions, and that they all had their own music
Thank you for the feedback! I'm glad you enjoyed it.
Love the cute guy!
Thanks for trying it out! Glad you liked the protagonist.
A nice size of game for a jam submission. I liked the piece of music in the credits. Was it your intention for none of the music to loop?
Thank you for playing!
Yes, I did not want to annoy the player with the same tune playing over and over again. More than one music for each level would have bypassed this concern, now that I think about it. Although maybe I should have kept the credits one looping.
Cute little pixel art!
Thanks!
I enjoyed playing as three people, and a nice little story running throughout :) Nice work!
Thanks! I'm glad you enjoyed it.
