Yess! That is such a neat concept! I really loved the other character helping out along the way, super well done. Then BAM that twist, so good. I was wondering where it was going after that first jump. Very impressive. Well done!

thank you so much I was going to do a longer story with him popping up now and then but i am not great with hat sort of stuff.

Hey, this is a great start on that! Once the jam is over, definitely room to hone your skills more and make it into a longer story. Would be a lot of fun!

Well that was a pleasant surprise and fun twist. Loved the way the platform works, good job

What an interesting take on a health bar!

Definitely something new!

I like the visuals and music.

Well done!

That game is quite innovative! Using your interface as blocks is a first for me! I was pleasantly surprised! The platforming is also smooth and fun! Great job!

I quite liked the main concept with using the UI itself as a expendable platform. I just feel like the character moves too slowly. A good way to increase speed while keeping control is reducing air drift while jumping so as soon as you let go of the direction key, you stop sooner. That would help with landing on the small health blocks.

Developer

thank you for your feedback back, I think when this jam is finished I'll go and refactor the movement.

Man, the game's real awesome, i loved using UI as a platform mechanic, Real nice one!

Developer

thank you so much, I thought it would be a cool little twist to a platformer.

Very cute little game, well implemented mechanic with the health bar. My only real critique is I would love if the character was a bit faster.
Well done!

Developer

thank you so much, I had alot of trouble with the speed trying to make it fast enough to feel okay but not too fast that it was too hard to land on the health blocks. Thank you for your feed back 😀
