Solid game. Play smooth, had a little stutter in browser here and there but it's probably not the game's fault.

I liked the powerups and the option for autofire. Simple game but it is a smooth experience.

I would add only one thing. Maybe try using a parallax background to give a sense of movement to the game.

Good job!

Developer
Thanks! Yeah, there are some stutters in the beginning because of shaders. I made shader cache scene and it helped but not entirely. Actually there is a little movement on background. Had problems with parallax but made it with simple shader.

Cool game! The visuals were really nice
I think maybe adding some variance to the shooting sound would be nice since we hear so much of it

Developer(+1)

Thanks! Yes, it should have more varience. I made a little randomness in volume and pitch because I have only one audio file.

We hear it so much that after 20-30 playthroughs I noticed that I can hear the sound even when not playing:)

It's a cool game with some neat visual effects.

I think a cool idea could be to add a deflector upgrade maybe? I think it could be fun to reflect projectiles and maybe the asteroids back at enemies.

Developer

Thanks, nice idea:)

Just awesome, lots of fun! :D

this game had the correct amount of bright lights and pew pew noises to make a solid shoot 'em up. my only complaint is that it was too difficult to dodge shots from enemies that had just spawned. otherwise, it was solid all around. nice job!

Developer

Thanks! Instant fire when enemy spawns is intentional:) So you can't stay all time under a portal.

As you mentioned in the description it's a simple concept but you executed it well. The visuals are nice and I like the progression system with the upgrades.

Reminds me of space invaders, would have liked it to auto fire, the game looks cool but not all the assets match. It was nice that there was an option menu. Good job!

Developer(+1)

Thanks! Actually, there is auto fire (i named it auto shoot). You toggle it by pressing Tab by default.

If you made the music, good job. I could relax to the opening music for hours!

Developer

Actually, it's Intergalactic from there.
