Great game, I recommend it.

Really like the game! Love the concept you went with (being inside the computer, voided memory and all that), and the aesthetic and sound really bring it together. Also a big fan of the fact that the enemies do not have a visible health bar, but rather become more distorted as they take damage, until they finally break.

Controls felt fine. Game difficulty is quite high, but it kept making me come back and try again to get further haha.

Really well done!

Ooooo, interesting shoot 'em up ya got. Really enjoyed the Y2K aesthetics and the computer-void interpretation of the theme. Imo, the use of red did feel a bit jarring for my eyes. Especially would say so for the red flash and loud static noise at the start (did in fact startle me there). Would've appreciated the warning but can understand trying to set a mood.

Regardless, good stuff~!

Loved this shmup! Got to 76. I think the colors could be better, as this almost-pure red can tire the eyes, but other than that it felt really satisfying to play!

Very polished game! The laser shooter didn't feel much like a threat, but I still tried killing it for fun. I really like how you implemented the theme! Also, the bombs blowing up in a square added to the glitch feel. The music supported the fast-paced game play very well! I guess this game just goes to show that you don't need an overly complicated game like the one I made to make a good game.

The sudden red flash in the intro absolutely DESTROYED my eyes! It should be toned down, and it's an absolute must for this game to have a flashing lights warning.

As for the actual game - it's a fun shoot-em-up! The mechanics are on point, and fighting enemies is fun. The sound effects and music are also cool, and have that nice sci-fi-ish computer-ish flair to them.

The theme implementation is actually very creative. It's kind of surprising that in the community full of programmers there isn't all that many games about the 'void' programming terminology. A great idea!

Overall, good job!

Nice game! I especially loved the static effect for showing damaged enemies
