I dig the ambiance you set in the beginning. The pitch bend makes me feel uneasy, I like it!

Description
The theme was the Far Reaches, which made me think about things that are far away or otherwise unattainable, and how Human Nature drives us to reach for that which was not ours to begin with.

Pitch bending right off the bat sounds cool and interesting. The mix is maybe a little flat here.
Violin sounds decent, but its volume is very similar. A big trick to make instruments sound more natural is to overlap the attack and decay of successive notes.
The composition kind of stays in one spot for a long time, and returns to the tonic at consistently predictable times.
Overall though it's really a nice composition. Well done! :)
This piece is powerful. The melody describes your theme perfectly. I was personally moved, thank you for that!
Nice work. You have create a solid ambiance here.
This has a really strong “something is missing” (in a good way) vibe to it, I’d say you definitely carried across what you wanted to express in your description! The slow progression of the piece made me think of the kinds of emotions you get when you think back on your regrets and try to fix them.
I could see this being used in a contemplative section in a video game!
I really like this take on the idea of Far Reaches and it was a creative twist that you were able to execute on very well in the overall mood of the piece. Personally, I would consider adding some spaces in your melodic violin line to add some more emphasis and allow time for the different sections and ideas for that violin part to breath a little more. Really beautiful work though! :)
I feel a great sense of longing from this track, I really like this melancholic feel you went for. The slow ascending melody of the violin throughout the song and the timbres of the instruments fit the piece nicely. I think the subtle (wind?) instrument is a nice touch as well, it adds another layer of abstractness for me. I don't really have any criticisms not stated already but a small one I could give is I think the wind instrument could use a slight surgical cut around 600-700 hz because the ringing can be a little distracting for me, but that's a tiny nitpick that's barely noticeable and I still really like what you did with the wind instrument. The cello crescendos are also incredibly pleasant on the ears! I feel you perfectly captured the concept you were going for, Nicely done!
What a sombre, expressive piece. There was a lot of attention paid to the dynamics of the instruments. I can see this music playing in a scene where a loved character dies, a town is set on fire, a character discovers their true dark past, or possibly preceding a final boss. I agree with the other composers regarding the loudness of the music box, and for me, the viola (violin?). They are slightly jarring when they make an appearance at 0:59. I'd like to hear you explore different harmonic spaces as we seem to be revolving around a single natural minor key for the entire song. But perhaps that was the intent, and helps create the dark atmosphere?
Overall this is an excellent composition, and is beautifully arranged.
If I could change one thing, it would be to improve the music box and make the violin less outright(in sound), but I simply ran out of time. The single minor key was intentional since I wanted the track to maintain a cohesive feel, rather than transitioning between what really would just be two separate tracks joined by a transition. I really appreciate the comment and the feedback, it means a lot.
Really nice vibe! There's a lot of repeating parts but they give help give this a kind of meditative quality to me.
Couple little personal nitpicks i felt were that the music box sound was a bit too up front compared to rest of the sounds and could've maybe been pushed a little further back in the 3d space. I also liked the addition of the chimes at the end a lot, but felt those could've been a bit more "far away" sounding, maybe with more reverb and stuff.
But those are just my pretty subjective feels, so take with a grain of salt.
Good stuff!
