How did you implement the Theme and Special Object?
We play as Santa in the last minutes of Christmas. (Christmas)
Santa forges presents for the children on an anvil. (Anvil)

really fun game and I loved the art
thank you!
Awesome and original concept
thanks a lot!!
That was really fun! I enjoyed the art and the mechanics worked very well on mobile. Felt a little strange giving kids beer lol but good job!
very nice to hear
An excellent time killer, nice visuals with good music!
thank you!
Cool idea! Simple gameplay. I liked the art!
can you rate me?
Already did, thank you!
Simple game play but interesting idea- more directly related to the Anvil than most others! Also like the Illustration style was something different :)
Thank you very much)
The art was really nice. The animations should probably be shorter so that you're allowed to really speedrun and get a high score. I got 14 and I can't imagine getting much higher than that. That said some of the animations were cool like how Santa just peaces out and disappears.
I got 18, but I know what you mean.
I think this problem could be solved by speeding up the movement of children with each new gift done correctly.
Thanks so much for the feedback!
Cool art and simple gameplay, although I don't think it would be a good idea to give kids axes.
They're not just kids, they're dwarf kids! Big difference🙃
Great Job! Cool idea!!!
Would be grateful if you also rated our game)
thanks!
I nice little game and a great implementation of the special object. Could have made some more use of the mechanics to hit more or less hard depending on the mouse movement and have that affect the outcome in some way?
Nice job! :)
Thank you for your feedback🤍🤍🤍
While we haven't considered modernising the mechanic of the hit, but your idea is a good one!
In theory, we could develop it by adding serifs to the slider that appears when you hit. Depending on which serif the circle reaches, the strength of the hit is set.
However, implementing these modifications would require a complete overhaul of the feedback on the player's actions.
Currently, it's simple:
- if nothing is selected, there are no sparks.
- If an item is selected but not yet ready, small sparks will appear.
- If an item is selected and ready, big sparks will appear.
To accommodate more varied hits would require a more varied but equally intuitive response.
For the purposes of a small game for Jam, we decided to focus on simplicity to ensure precise timing and intuitive communication of controls to the player.
I thing if we had decided to create a larger game, we would have used different mechanics instead of the one used here. We would have developed something more intricate.

It's a pretty simple game, but I still liked playing it. I also loved the graphics.
Thank you so much! This is what we've been looking for!
This is a very cute little mini game. Took me a bit to figure it out, but once I did I was making Christmas cheer! Merry Christmas!
We are glad you figured it out!! Thank you and Merry Christmas!!
nice art, i think you implemented the theme and special object very well
thank you!!!
I love the animation of Santa disappearing
✌
Agree with Lobo here, the aesthetic and animations are insane! I love the little detail where Santa's ear kinda bulges when he hears the bell. I think it could get more interesting if there were more ways to mess up the gifts than hitting the anvil an incorrect amount of times.
Thank you!❤ We also had an idea to vary the gameplay: add an adult to the children's gift line. Instead of having a gift made for them, the adult would have to be chased away.
But we felt we couldn't meet the Game Jam deadline if we took the time to refine it, so we decided to leave it the way it was.
Yeah, I get that. There wasn't a lot of time so that was a good move.
I absolutely loved the art and animations. Great work! Simple but fun
thank you!! very nice to hear
