I'm sorry. lost track of time.

Great and realistic take on the theme. Sometimes I wasnt sure if what I bought was affecting the landscape but UI aside, good submission.

Very interesting take on the theme. Hearing the cars react was great and I especially enjoyed the artwork.

A very cohesive game, the art and music choices melded very well together. The color palette was nice but I think the color of the jump meter/bar was hard to see due to them being similar. Great submission.

Yea, its probably apparent that the tutorial was latched on at the end. Thanks for playing and the suggestion!

Great game, the angled sketches in the book gave a nice complexity without being too hard. The sound design was very calming to the point I kinda got jumpscared at the end. The mouse on Firefox was a bit wonky but overall a good experience.

Yeah I think I made the logic too strict. It wouldn't recognize the building if you had other drawn blocks even if the correct shape was present. Thanks for playing nonetheless!

One of my favorite submissions. Intuitive gameplay, responsive controls, calming background music. This was a blast to play. The puzzles had variety and some even had a timing aspect to it introduced by the planets' orbits. And the first published game on itch too, I hope this goes far. Great work!!!

Great game, I definitely felt the tension growing as I went deeper especially with the fish art. The blue fish glitched a few times but I think it raised my enjoyment level. Very nice work and great interpretations of the theme.

One of my favorite submissions. Great artwork. Especially like the voice overs. One of the few times I actually wanted to experience all the endings for a game. Very very nice work.

The artwork was great. Actually had fun looking for fish to eat. I did wish it wasn't a one-hit game over tho (pretty sure the pufferfish had it out for me). Great submission.

The jump upgrade was great. Had a lot of fun trying to purely jump to the end. But because the jump was so reactive it did make timing an attack a bit hard. Interesting interpretation of the theme.

This game oozes with style. I especially like the dynamic character and the battery interactions, lighting up areas and creating platforms. This is a great submission, nice work.

The music was jamming! Because the map was so big, I did find myself getting lost a few times. A map or indicator would've been great. Good job nonetheless!

Reading your comment makes me wish I dedicated more time into balancing. I'm really glad you enjoyed your time despite it being all over the place. Once the jam ends, this game will surely be queued up for some updates. Thank you for playing!

Oh yeah, I definitely regret not adding some sound effects to the game. But sadly I lost track of time.  Thanks for playing the game and your suggestions.

Sadly the game seems to have issues on some browsers, especially Firefox. I'd recommend keeping any pop-up window restored down instead of maximizing if it doesn't load on the original page. But thank you for the comment, the game was fun to make so perhaps in the future. :)

Ah darn. I only realized the issue on some browsers after the fact. Godot and Firefox especially seem to not like each other. I'd recommend restoring down the pop-up window down instead of maximizing it if that is the case. Thank you for the nice comment nevertheless.

Hey, you know what they say, 'great minds think alike' :).

Very self intuitive gameplay, also really like the ambience provided by the background sounds. Having the game increase its speed actually was a nice added mechanic. You could even constantly change the button needed to be pressed to add even more complexity. Overall, nice work and submission!

Really liked the retro vibes in this. I actually thought having a single button for all minigames is an interesting idea. Favorite one was the 'warm'. The other two felt a bit similar to each other. Good submission with great presentation.

Yes! Good catch, 'Heave Ho' was my other inspiration. I'm glad you like the ambience, thanks for playing and commenting.

I'm a big fan of the mechanic, gave a sense of cost on whether to shoot or not. Could even add an ammo count to make it more challenging. Used the limitation perfectly. Honestly very great work. Congrats.

I'm really happy you liked the intro, had to open the thesaurus for it lol. Also really like the timer manipulation suggestion, that will def be added if work continues. Thanks very much for the comment.

Very challenging platformer, that used the theme well. I really liked how the overheat was not only visual but would also affect the world (found out the hard way lol). I agree with others that the movement especially while in the air was a bit too responsive.

Great submission nonetheless.

Thanks for the comment, makes me happy to hear it.

I had so much fun with this game. I honestly didn't stop smiling from the title screen onward. The music was very fitting, the art was nice, and the description for each character was fun too read. (except for Duckledore, he scares me).

But seriously awesome submission and use of limitation. Great work!!!

Yeah there's this weird time between holding space and actually seeing the star move that could've been improved on. I'm glad you liked the subtle play on color, was afraid that it would be annoying. Anyways I really appreciate the comment.

A big fan of the cute dragon art and how you told the introduction especially how you linked everything to a click. Sometimes I would click one too many times and see the dragon fly up with the cup lol. Nice game that opens a lot of doors for expansion, I for one would love to see a dragon friend heating cups together to become more of a management game.

Great submission!

Hey there! Thank you for the comment. And it was definitely not on you, for some reason I wanted to be all fancy and use a limerick as the tutorial. In hindsight, I could've been more clear.  Thanks for playing and I hope YOU have a nice day.

Apologies for the late submission.

Who would've thought I'd spend Monday listening to grunting. This was a great game submission with a lot of potential. Different sized items or even different arms with different sized muscles would add interesting physics. Also gave me kind of a Jump King vibe, one wrong throw and you're back at the beginning.

Hopefully you get to expand on it in the future. Good job!

Appreciate the clean UI and the smooth controls. I see a lot of potential especially with added obstacles or cake types. Also, I think the counter was counting how many cakes were on the plate and not how high. But still a thumbs up good job.

Great interpretation of the theme. I liked the art especially the smoke effects both red and blue, they looked very polished. I did get softlocked with the trees falling a few times, I think I was hitting a collision. Great work nonetheless.

Great use of the theme. All the UI also felt very polished. I also wished there was a way to remove one single object without having to completely restart. This was a great submission.

Yeah, I kind of regret not handcrafting the levels a bit. Randomness can def get you into sticky situations. Thanks for playing!

Really like the interpretation of the theme. Linking max health to size added some nice complexity not only in deciding the right time to use the right click, but also the platforming. There were these green things that made me stuck a few times. Still great work, also like the name ;)

It really does mean a lot to hear people have a positive experience with the game. Thank you for the kind words.

Thank you for the comment, I was very scared of the balancing, glad to hear otherwise. And also great suggestion, I will keep this in mind moving forward.

I definitely took inspiration from other sources. Such as DarkestDungeon for navigating tiles and getting surprised by enemies, I tried to do some procedural generation with terrain but it wasn't implemented that well. There was also this "duel" mechanic in the stand-alone GWENT card game that was the basis for combat.

And just general hexagonal board games and DnD maps, utilizing cards as resources.
