Quite fun! This character controller is better than most I've seen in the jam, it felt very responsive and smooth. I felt the camera was a little too zoomed in, which caused some jumps to feel a little blind especially when falling down. I also felt like the "pickup" and "add rune" keys could've been combined into one interact button.

Really impressive for a game jam, nice work!

Really responsive controls and the wall running mechanic was really well implemented... Enjoyed the game thoroughly! Awesome job!

Really nice entry, the character feels really responsive to the input, you always feel you have the control, while maintaining a quick arcade sensation. The level design and visual aspect of the game is really well done, the arrow compasses for the objectives made clear what the objective was.

I had some problems with the camera, it seems the player and camera aren't in sync in terms of updating their positions, so it creates a big of jaggedness on the image. The player is also placed a bit after the middle part of the screen, so the amount of map I see above the players head is higher than at the bottom of the player.

A camera that can move a bit around the player (right click, direction of player to mouse) could maybe help with those jumps towards lower grounds.

Hope you keep on making levels, they were very fun to play!

thanks for the comment! for the camera i used a feature in godot, smoothing, that's why they're not in sync but i can remove it if i'll ever update the game!

Nice game!

Pretty simple but well executed, especially presentation! Overall platforming felt great. I didn't quite understand if pickups (other than runes) did anything, and character was a bit jittery.

Really good platforming, and chill music.

On the second level I picked up the two top runes, and turned them in, then I went to the bottom right rune and got it, then fell. When I respawned, the bottom right rune remained gone and the top right rune had reset. Didn't stop me from completing the level, but might be worth looking into if you plan to continue working on this game.

Cool game!

The platforming felt really good! The arrows that tell you the direction the fragments are in was good encouragement to take jumps even when you can't see the landing.

Wow, I love the jumping mechanics of this game, this is me pressing the space bar involuntarily! Great Job!

Really enjoyed this game! The game is really well done with a great use of assets. Loved the wall jump mechanic. Great job!

Nice job! It was a fairly simple platformer but the inclusion of a wall jump was very nice, it controlled well and the instructions were clear. Good job, well done!

Good take on the topic! You used the assets very well. I could maximise the screen so I couldn't see where to go which made me struggle a little. Good job!

Good platformer! I was making so many unpredictable jumps and drops which cost me the game at one point but I jump back to complete it afterward. Good job on the wall jump!

Thanks! i was trying to get a sense of "exploration", trying to jump even if you don't know where you are going but without a map i kinda failed

Fun platformer

Quite a fun and well-made platformer! Only complaint is it felt like I was making too many blind jumps or falls, perhaps if the camera moved down a bit when you press and hold down could help?
