This is an interesting concept! It was a bit simple in terms of gameplay though, maybe you could add some variety in how words are hidden or maybe allow the player to guess what the rest of the sentence will say before finding all of the words.

This was a cool little game! It seemed like the left click didn't always word to grab on, but besides that it was great

This was great! I could definitely see this idea being expanded into something bigger.

This was super fun with a good variety of mini games!

This is a really great game! I love the style and concept. Shift being the button to use the abilities meant getting asked if I wanted to turn on sticky keys while playing in browser haha

It took me a second to actually figure out that you were trying to dodge the stuff coming at you (not contain it) and that the bar on the right showed how close they are, but once I figured that out it was a little bit more fun. However there seems to be an issue with the mouse movement because no matter how big/small the loop was moving the mouse would only ever move the loop a few pixels. This made it pretty hard to dodge a lot of the later obstacles

Nicely done. The controls were a little bit slippery for my liking, but overall this game was fun!

A cute little game! I would have liked to see some more strategy to it like maybe a variation of enemies or getting to choose a power up instead of it just being given, but I think you did a nice job given that it is a jam with limited time

A cute little game! Like some other comments said some enemies or something besides the seagull would be nice and add a little bit of challenge/stakes

Super cool concept! You did a great job utilizing/showcasing the limited view and the stretch jump

This is a cool game! I liked the art and the overall concept, but I agree with some of the other comments in that coyote time on the jumps would be nice.

This was fun, definitely had magic school bus vibes! The movement felt a little bit slippery, but overall this was a nice game. I appreciated the story that you told through the notes

This was fun, not sure if the timer was super necessary though. I think if you wanted to make it focused on speed it might be better to split things up into smaller levels.

I wish the stretching/unstretching was just a little bit faster, but this was still really fun!

I love the style of this! It feels really great to place the pieces

This is a really great game. Nicely done! Not sure why the guy is on a scooter but I like it lol

The art/polish on this game is really nice! I like the scaling platforms idea, but it was a bit awkward at times. It seems like a lot of the puzzle solutions relied on scaling the platforms while on top of them, but this meant stopping in the middle of scaling to move a little bit so the character didn't fall off.

I love the art style! It would be nice if you could place or even reset cats during a round because unless I am missing something if you make the thing a cat is standing on too small, it will fall off completely and there is no way to reverse that. A cool concept though, I liked strategizing around the scale of the game elements.

The dialogue at the beginning was a little bit too long for my taste, but the game itself was cool! I like the concept of connecting pieces and being able to steal the parts of enemies; it fit the jam theme well.

This was fun! I could definitely see this becoming a bigger game with more mechanics or levels that combine the reversing plug and multiple cords. If you plan on continuing development it would be nice to see how many spaces a new cord adds/has outright instead of having to figure it out through trial and error.

Took me a second to realize the game inside a game is what made it "built to scale" lol. Fun concept and cool art! The mouse/hand disappears in the game over screen though which makes it hard to click the retry button.

This is a cool concept! I like that you stuck with controls true to 2D snake (controlling direction rather than movement directly). Just as a note, controlling the camera with the mouse is super sensitive; using a controller is a lot easier. Congrats on your first game jam

I would have liked for things to move a little bit quicker especially since there is nothing for the player to do during rounds, but overall I enjoyed playing!

A cool way to incorporate checkpoints! The puzzles were really fun; I would love to see more in the future.

Not sure how the checkpoint mechanic played into this game, but besides that it was fun! The movement felt solid and it was fun to explore the building. I think there were some bugs with ammo/health pickups though

An interesting way of using the 2 button diversifier! Like others said it would be nice if the jump was a little bit snappier, but overall a fun little game :)

A cool prototype, would love to see more levels in the future!

Really well polished game! I liked the way the checkpoint mechanic was incorporated, and the art is really nice :)

It was fun to move around while shooting. I would've liked for it to be a little bit harder and have clearer direction. It definitely has potential though!

The best entry I have seen so far! The slow introduction of difficulty and the incorporation of the theme are really great. Stuck on level 9 right now :/ but I'll come back later to try and finish it

Nice game! I would love to see this fleshed out further after the jam ends. One suggestion I have is to allow players to buy from the checkpoints as they pass them, since I was able to make it through the entire game without dying (so I wasn't able to buy any upgrades until after I had completely finished)

A cool concept, and after I got used to the ghosts chasing you even when you weren't shining your light directly at them, I enjoyed exploring the world! Like others though I couldn't move after talking to the knight :/

This is a fun concept. Giving the player only a snapshot of the match when it comes time to remember where the buildings are definitely makes it more challenging!

A cool concept! Exploration was well integrated into this

A nice prototype! Interested to see where you take this when you have more time to work on it

Definitely my favorite entry I've played so far! The character feels good to control, the island is fun to explore, and the story told through the logs is engaging. The physics can be a little bit buggy - I got stuck in a tree trying to figure out the floating spears, but I was so engaged in the story/gameplay that I refreshed and did the whole thing over just to figure it out. I would have liked to see a little bit more out of the ending, but honestly completing the game felt pretty great on its own :)

Fun concept! I like the idea of having to balance digging and fighting the guards

A fun take on the theme! The way the player controls definitely makes it more engaging than just moving around normally. I would recommend adding the control details in the description so that people don't have to figure it out on their own :)

I don't know if my luck is just horrible or if I am doing something wrong, but I played it a couple of times and kept getting mutiny on the first or second day and was never able to make it past day 3. Seems like a cool concept though (that maybe needs some balancing)
