I really love the mouse = light mechanic! Great use of the theme! It would help if the player was displayed on the map.
Nice visuals and stealth mechanics. Took sometime to figure out what to do. Wish the map was a bit more readable.
Yeah like I said before while uploading the game I forgot to change some settings with the map actually the goal of the game was to collect the different parts that are missing
Really cool stealth game take on the theme, I liked being able to sneak up on enemies and kill them when out of sight. The enemy patterns were pretty easy to predict, maybe the guards could move in more interesting patterns than just back and forth. Overall, really solid and fun entry!
I do like how you handle lighting in game, great theme fit as well
Ahh this was an interesting game. I would have loved some more stationary targets that you could sneak up on and kill.
Great exploration! Felt a bit hard to use the map though, I guess I'm to used to a "you are here" pointer.
Yeah the problem is I forgot to deselect all the map parts and you should actually explore and discover the parts and get them after being there.. But in the end I only noticed while it was to late and I uploaded already
Great exploration! Felt a bit hard to use the map though, I guess I'm to used to a "you are here" pointer.
Cool game! Some combat sounds could have been cool 😀
Really impressive to make this in 48 hours. The light mechanic and music were great, the guards were appropriately brutal.
Great ideas! I like the result!
Lighting rocks !
Enjoyed exploring and searching on map parts and killing enemies on the way ! :D
You might wanna increase the background music a lil bit :o
Overall, Well made !
Solid. I like the twist on combat. The pace of it made what seems simple quite challenging and hard. I liked the fact I could scout with the light. Cool game
Nice lightning mechanic!
really funny experience, the only problem is that sprite are blurry and kinda hard to see, funny experience overall
Nice game! Will you continue develop further after the ratings end? It has great potential!
There are some features I wanted to add but I still have another project on going so I may only spend a few more days on it for polishing and making it more interesting. Thanks for the comment!
So much potential with the stealth game play. Completing the map also fits perfectly to the jams theme. I tried to step everyone and got to 1560 Points. Beat me xD
nice game, i think stealth based games are harder to pull off and you did a great job!
Thank you very much! It was my first stealth game and it wasn't actually my plan in the beginning !
Cool concept !
I liked that the light was independent from the player so you can look ahead freely even though it loose a bit of interest since it's really easy to spot the guards by just looking at thei firld of view.
Also not sure I understood what the number in the top right corner was ?
Thye gameplay is simple & easy to get into but still challenging
The sprites are bit inconsistent with one another (especially the blood splat vs the pixel art) and a bit blury at time.
Also adding a marker on the map to show where your player is would be a really good add to help navigate.
All in all it's a nice jam entry. Good job !
Thank you for the comment the marker is turned of in the map I forgot to activate the gameObject before uploading I will change it after!
The number in the top corner was a feature from the beginning where you could also get points for killing and collecting hearts etc. but I didnt had the time to polish it
I really like how the light is independent from the player. I think it would have been ever cooler if the light attached to the player was even smaller. Nice work!
Fun game!
