At first I was a bit bummed that the spiders were all evil but seeing that they’re held against their God’s wrath if they don’t follow its desires makes them more appealing! Would’ve loved to see them have a path to redemption, but that’s just me!
Thank you for the input. As a species... all the ones presented in this short adventure might be evil, but I don't think they need to all be evil as a species. I think there's definitely potential for a path to redemption if characters could somehow break their devotion to the evil god. I like the way you think, I like them too. I tried to present situations that could have a variety of possible outcomes depending on how players approach the situation and I definitely think a path to redemption could be a possibility... at least if I were the GM.
fantastic adventure that's easy to read. love the village map and would love to see the same flair and style applied to the dungeon map. Love the false cave in, a brilliant environmental feature that is retrospectively obvious to include as a secret passage.
Love the drawings especially the Arachnian. It would be cool to see the map in your style as as well :)
Love the illustrations!
I like the amount of social interactions this adventure provides and the main dungeon has lots of encounters too!
An adorable little fantasy romp with an even more adorable cast of characters that would kill at any table down for some silly fun.
The illustrations you included are very charming, especially the hairy Arachnian... I wouldn't want to run into that in a dark passageway!
