Hi,

I finished the game - well done!

It was fun to ride the cyber ostrich :D. Congratulations!

I liked the concept of an ostrich with laser eyes and exploding eggs! Perhaps an easy mode extra life and/or continue check points would be more forging for less competent players (like me!)

Love the flying ostrich. Still a bit raw, but tasty!

Nice entry! Love the overall gameplay along with the graphics also. Nice levels! I like how you have a bit of a tutorial at the beginning; that is always helpful. I wouldn't mind playing more levels if you do end up feeling like making more sometime.

Your sounds were pretty good, but lack of music made it feel very empty. I did like the main character and the enemy variety though!

Thank you so much for the feedback.

I really want to do something about the lack of music, let me see if I can get something working in the next update.

About the levels, yes I want to design more levels with more rooms, more variety of enemies and hazards. Of course, this is a long term plan, long after the end of the Game Jam.

Good game!
I egg'd myself twice messing around with controls before letting the game tell me. Really fun. Would love to see more levels get added. Some of the levels looked the same in the beginning and made me feel a sorta deja vu but this game was really simple and enjoyable!

cool game, the ostrich seems like a great protagonist for a platformer, a bit too tall, but it makes up for its height by being able to fly. the atari vibes are strong with this one, from minimalist visuals to very authentic sound effects, if i wasnt playing on my keyboard  and if there wasnt a transparent ui and gradient in the background, id probably mistake it for a real thing! in true atari fashion, the levels are simple, yet they provide challenge. i actually had trouble going past the magma wall in level 2, so im thankful i can choose any level i want. nicely done!
