Did you work in a team?
Just by myself, it was the most ambitious game i made so far despite the limitation it had and i have a lot of fun making it because of that.

Was the resolution a challenge?
Well because my game is a metroidvania, the very limited amount of space i had force me to be quite creative with the level design. the biggest problem being how to place an enemy in a place that will not give the player a unavoidable damage.

What did you learn?
well, there many level design idea that i have found that not quite fit with the limitation. but i definely can use it in my future project.
the most biggest thing i learn is probably the save sistem which took me an entire day to make.

Excellent work!

Very nice, the limited color palette in each area gave a distinct "NES" feel. I think you used the limited space very well by making nice large character sprites.

Really enjoyed this great entry

One of the chillest metroidvanias I ever played. Good job on the graphics style and the level design!

really liked the look, the only issue I had was telling some of the tiles apart from the background

Very basic graphics, yet they worked great, and the color scheme gave it a very uniform/polished look. Platformers are always fun, and yours did not disappoint. I like your game!

Keeping it simple and it's paid off. Lovely little platformer. Nice music too. Good job :)!

This is so delightful! I love the overall color palette and cute enemies, and the main character reminds me of a Tamagotchi :D It's incredible how much charm you brought to the game given the limitations!

Fun game to play, and I really enjoyed the music! Lovely visual style as well. The sound that's played when the player gets damaged seems a bit loud compared to the other sounds though, it definitely made me jump the first time I fell in the lava :P

I love the camera swing effect when changing screens.... Little details like this really make a difference :)

Unfortunately I had also the same issue after beating the first boss (in the Web version). Other than that fun little metroidvania :)

Very cute! Fun to play.. my only concern is that there are some places where it’s hard to tell which tiles are platforms, I kept falling through on some of the orange blocks!

I had the same issue as another player after beating the first boss.. but enjoyed the game otherwise :D

These chill little exploration games are fun!

This was a sweet little game. For what I played, it all seemed to work all fine. Not too hard, almost relaxing experience with that lullaby-music on the background. :D The screen did however turn black after I defeated the first boss so I couldn't continue. I noticed afterwards that theres' a mention that web-build might be unstable so I guess you knew it already. :D
