Very creative gameplay! Admire you for making a circular game at such low resolution. Game isn't too complexed but is well juiced. Thanks for a great experience!
Glad you enjoyed it! Making it circular wasn't too hard really - just let the engine handle the rotated view and hope it doesn't look too janky.

I found valduros to be the trickiest planet- I couldn't tell which lasers were about to fire

Yeah, the difficulty curve is a bit wonky. Originally that attack fired lasers in 4 directions, but they synced up and made it trivial to avoid. I added a 5th laser to make it "slightly" harder, but ended up turning it into wild laser spam.

Really cool concept, and well executed. For the second planet I didn't find a way to evade the big spiral pattern. Still lots of fun!
I was also stuck on level two until I realized that shooting slows you down. You can just stop shooting for a second to dodge the bullets, then continue shooting.
Thanks! As Wes Casto said, the intent is to stop shooting, then move left/right to outrun the spiral.
