Well talk about subversion, this game is all about it! You see, by choosing to die, you win the game! This was obviously a gimmick game, so I won't comment on how the story should be improved or gameplay should be expanded, because you knew the type of game you wanted to make. I would just encourage continuing to polish your skills so next time when you want to make a joke game, also include some other mechanics than just running around. Good job!

This feels like a mini game inside a horror game. Design is nice but would be cool to have some background and not just a black screen. Don't know why there is a hp bar when u get oneshot but ok. The soundtrack is nice and the menu would be perfect if u work a little bit on the buttons.
The hp is to trick the player and ui is something i still need to work on

This is a very nice concept. It is a great message conveyed via a short game. It is indeed true, we often think we cannot do something, but only if we do, we get to realise that it was very much possible :)

nice music and art. though the map could you some sprinkle of anything that indicates you're moving. feels a little empty when you out run the ghosts.
I agree with luthfan fikri. if you would just leave out the prompt saying "i should avoid the ghosts" really the player himself would be lied to by his own mind rather than being lied to by the game. would make the realization of the twist much more satisfying instead of disappointing,

If he removes the prompt, then there may be a tendency among the players to approach the ghosts even more, like some top down games. They might be thinking that they can use a sword or something to attack by pressing F or Enter when near the ghosts. So I think the prompt is valid in this context.
The cover is beautiful, i think you can make the ui looks better, make it pixel art to fit the game, the game is fun, the lights fit very well and are beautiful, its an simple idea but its good, it was fun to play, i think you can add some items to the map or structures
The ui is a hard part for me because i fell like the other aspects are important but thanks for pointing it out. and yeah i will add more levels and power ups in other games this is my send game so ya.

It would have been nice if you spawned more ghosts or made them get faster as time went on, because I eventually out ran all of them. Other than that it's pretty nice.

Great concept. It would've been a really good game if the psychology trick was handled much better. There is only one moment in the game where you realize that it's a trick then after that, you win the game.

A good idea to start, but it's a bit wasted imo. Rather than telling players "hey don't touch ghost", you should make player assume that the ghost is dangerous with props or npc's dialogue.
Right now, the one who lied is not player or their brain, but the game itself.
