Really cute and keeps the gameplay refreshing with the abilities.

Developer

thank you!

The art and music are very nice, but the collisions and jump height were a bit of a pain haha, anyways pretty nice game overall!

Developer

Thank you! Sorry if the collisions were a bit rough at times!

I suggest to add a Physics Material 2D with friction set to 0 to the player object's rigidbody in Unity, that way the player will slip off the walls instead of hanging on them

Developer

thanks for the suggestion! I’ll try it out!

i love the art, especially the character sprite with the spiny double jump thats sick. the collisions were a little weird and the jump height was rly precise with the platform which made it kinda clunky, i had fun tho

Developer

Thank you! glad you liked it!

I like the transitions between one level to another, and the concept of the game. The spin animation is cute. Good job!

Developer

Thank you!

I pressed x but couldn't dash :(

Developer (1 edit) (+1)

dash is the left shift. Also you can wall jump in the level with 2 walls

Fits the limitation well, music, colors and illustrations were great and very originally styled. Some of the movement felt really tight, like the character bouncing when they walk.

Nice work here.

Developer

Thank you very much!

I like the atmosphere of the game, and that spinning animation is pretty slick!

Thank you! I'm glad you like it!

feels like a game made with a lot of love. some of the controls were a little rough, depending on level, but the framework is in place for a good time. I think my favorite level is the one where you're wall hugging your way up to the door. something really satisfying about that. I liked the chill visuals and the little intro before levels start!

Developer

Thank you! Sorry if the controls were rough at some points! It's the first time I make a game with multiple abilities that are also randomised.

It's not a problem. We had 3 days!! That's not a lot of time to get everything polished. My original concept involved you moving a little ship around. I got like 24 hours into the gamejam and just removed it altogether haha. Now it's just autopilot.

Enjoyed the color palette and the relaxing music!  It would help if the jump height was a bit higher, some of the clouds were difficult to reach.  Overall nice job!

This really fits the concept and limitation but honestly had a hard time with the randomness.

I'm sorry ;v; this is the first time i develop a game with multiple abitlities and giant levels of rng. for both the lvls and characters I would have done more but i was getting tired.

Hey, don't be sorry. Actually this was a great first game, you should feel proud you just finished making a game. You're right I also got tired towards the ending even though I wanted to add cooler stuff. You can always improve next game jam.

Developer

This is not my first game but hey,i'm glad you like it
