Cute game, well done for a first game jam game! I found it very difficult, I only managed to get a high score of 5 wood hahaha. The bird killed me every time, because everything went so fast. Even so I kept replaying just to see if I could beat my high score. It served this game well, that I was able to rapidly replay the level, to try and beat my score. Super fun, well done! :-)
Thank you very much for the review. It's true that the game is very hard, in reality the player should have 3 lives, it would have balanced the difficulty. But I didn't have the time to code it, it's part of the Jam : ) . 5 is not a bad score, it's true that the bird is very complicated to dodge, I should have slowed it down a bit. Have a good day !

Fun little game, also why does the tree face remind me of Rick&Morty? Good job!
It was surprisingly satisfying dodging the obstacles. I also loved the risk/reward of waiting at the tree for extra wood. The controls were a little difficult though (I also thought I was meant to use A, despite reading Q multiple times... oops).
Also, made just in HTML and Javascript! Good job!
Hello, it's great that you liked the risk-reward ratio, it was one of the main ideas of the game! For the controls I'm changing them, I forgot that most of the people don't have an "AZERTY" keyboard, I'll do better next time !

Cool game! Love the tree face. I like the different little obstacles that appear over time. I concur with another commenter that A & D instead of Q&D would probably be better (just because WASD is the typical input, but I suppose that depends on your keyboard). Also, what is the spacebar supposed to do? I assumed jump, but for me when I jumped the level restarted and it got faster and faster! I don't suppose this is supposed to happen? :D Good job otherwise!
Hey ! Thanks for the review, for the input i made a error because im on an european keyboard. For your bug with space, i had it to, and im debugging it right now, if you relaod the page many time you will be able to play normally.
