I really appreciate when jams put a submission box to explain how your game fits the theme, because as soon as I saw your game I thought, "That has nothing to do with the theme." Then I read your description and that is such a fantastic out-of-the-box interpretation and you pulled it off perfectly. This seems like such a great way to expand on the drawing games like fruit ninja, etc. It was quite fun having to balance speed and accuracy, all while paying attention to my position. Fantastic job!

Great game !

Fun, aesthetically beautiful, and satisfying to play, perhaps if there was an improvement in visual feedback, such as greater emphasis on gaining points, combos and even in showing the score (which took me a while to realize where it was and I didn't notice it increasing during gameplay) would be a great improvement to the game!!

Really good game, love the art

Wow this game was great! Really enjoyed the art-style and the gameplay, at first I didn't read the tutorial and was a bit uncertain of what to do but once I read that I had to follow the line on the screen with the cursor it got so addicting!

Only issue I could find, other than the small content which is obvious given the low amount of time to create these games, is that there could be a problem with freeing memory since at the point I reached of the game it was lagging a lot! Probably too many effects or something not freeing the memory correctly.

Well done overall, I definitely enjoyed this one a lot :)

I really enjoyed the path-tracing mechanic, and seeing those big numbers pop up was pretty satisfying. Bravo!

I really liked tracing the paths, although I agree with the previous comment, the line should pop up when available instead of pressing space, although that's small. This was really awesome, great work!

I agree with you, maybe i'll try to do that on a future build, Thanks for the comment tho

Cool original concept.  Would be nice if as you did the mouse dragging it showed the line you drew.  The "juice" of the big numbers for big scores felt super satisfying!

Thanks for the comment we put alot of effort on polishing the visuals ans sounds

Cool game! I kinda don't get why you need to press space before tracing the line with your mouse. Since it's your main thing in combat, I think it can always be on screen and available.

Developer

That's a good point, thanks for your advice, i think we designed it that way without really thinking about weither it's better or not, yes I think it would be cool that way !
