I like the presentation and the relaxing music. I know there are many games with this idea, but I liked that in this one is harder because of the weight and the movement of the beam. With a little more of animation or sound it would be easily improved a lot.
I loved the art, that and the mechanic of tractor-beaming up fish is a pretty nice idea. I liked how the fish weren't visible until you caught them too.
The game felt very slow though, both the movement and the fish tractor beam. There also didn't seem to be a reason to turn off the tractor beam other than efficiency? Honestly the game overall felt very simple and could've used more depth.
The game was still quite good, though! Just needs to be worked on more.
Calm and relaxing gameplay. It was a good idea to make sure that initially the fish was not visible and its real appearance was noticeable only when you pull it out.
I liked the idea that everything was hidden until the player made their choice, since that felt very much like fishing to me. Not knowing what decided to grab your fishing rod until it surfaced. I was thinking of having fake fish (driftwood or kelp ) so that the player had to make a bit of a gamble between targets.
