Issue with generating tiles on the edge of the map is you can easily get stuck. The map makes it easy for enemies to get stuck as well.
I like the cute robot pixel art and some of the guns are pretty satisfying to shoot!

Lots of nice design aspects to the game, i like the multiple weapon types and different enemies. I think the AI can be improved as most of them decided to walk past me and get stuck on the left wall. I like the art and music though, the robots are really well done. I got to 30,000 points and called it a day.

Thank you for trying the game! That is indeed a hilarious situation :D
The game was really juicy, and was fun, but my only complaints are that there's no background so it looks kinda bland, many of the enemies just get stuck to the walls and that you cannot choose do you take the gun, because when you lose your gun and get some random gun that you didn't want, it's not that fun.
There’s a lot of juice and good vibes that make this game fun to play (the music and screenshake, predominantly).
Once you run around for a little while it becomes hard to lose - enemies don’t turn around when they hit a wall so they get bunched up in the corners, and it becomes easy to sit somewhere they can’t shoot you and pick them off.
That being said creating a platformer with 3 weapon types in 3 days is an impressive feat, so well done

Nice job! I liked the juice with the particles & screenshake a lot, & the designs for the player & enemies are very cute.
However, it is quite immersion breaking to have the background be a default grey color. Also, while there is random generation, it doesn't add much to the gameplay in my opinion.
Finally, the game is a bit confusing when you first start playing, since there's no tutorial or instructions. Overall, nice little game! :)

I completely agree with you, our original plan was to add a tutorial and a background as well as random platform generation as to make the levels more similar to a game like spelunky, but by the time we got to that point, it was too late. i may even expand upon the game in the future!
