I really enjoyed playing your game, the levels were fun to solve, and the controls are smoooooooth! Short and to the point, awesome job!
Glad you enjoyed playing it! That's usually the way i go with game jams, rather have a short but well made game than a mediocre game but a lot of content
This is amazing, I love the puzzles and the game is so cute and fun!! Amazing work <3
Thanks for the feedback! Glad to know you enjoyed the puzzles and the game
This is so cute and fun to play. It's a great idea that fits really well into the jam theme
Thanks for the feedback! Glad you enjoyed playing it :)
Really cool mechanic and level desing! Nice game! :)
Glad you enjoyed the mechanic and the levels!
A tried and true game mechanic, and the polish really adds to it a lot. I think you even could've squeezed out a few more levels, even with just the box puzzles.
Overall, pretty good!
Thanks for the feedback! I would have added more levels but i was busy for the last 2 days so i didn't end up doing that at the end
Aw, that's unfortunate. I guess that's life tho.
The time mechanic is very cool!
glad you liked the mechanic!
I like a time mechanic in the game!
Glad you enjoyed the mechanic!
it's nice game. it's unexpected button can spawn the box.
Thanks for the feedback! and yes that unexpected twist was on purpose, thought it would be nice
Nice game. I love the time mechanic
Thanks for the feedback!
I tried your game and that's very fun! the design was very cool and readable, nice! if you want to keep working on it (and i think you should because that's a great concept) i suggest you to make the jump a lot faster because as it is now that's waaay to slow. Overall that's a very cool game. if you happen to try my game, please let me know what you think about it!
Thanks for the feedback! i'll definitely maybe revisit the concept in the future, but not in my current plans for now, i know about the movement issues as i've tried to make my own movement script, and i'll definitely check your game later
cool!
I played it to the end and it was indeed possible to progress without using the time stop mechanic, only a little more difficult on that last level.
The graphics also reminded me somewhat of the game I made for the last Nokia Game Jam, maybe even to my current one, though yours were cuter.
Taking a similar angle to yours in designing these games, I think I can see that, while the game is fun and cute as it is, given more time and work on the level design part it could become something really good.
In any case, congratulations on your work! :)
Thanks for the feedback! A lot of people have told me about the time control issue, i know of it and it's mostly because i'm quite bad at level design and rathered making everything easy but forget to include stuff with the time mechanic
No problem! And don't worry about not being good at it from the start, you will surely get better over time by creating more levels.
It's short, simple and (like people mentioned) a little broken but the concept behind your physics-based time control is a brilliant idea. The first time a switch got a box to drop in from off screen it changed the way I looked at your puzzles... you've definitely got the potential for something good here if you explored the idea further and refined the mechanics. Also, while basic your art had it's own charm, so well done!
Thanks for the feedback! I'm glad you enjoyed it, will probably maybe revisit this idea in the future but it's not in my plans as of now but this is definitely an interesting idea i would probably revisit
It was quite fun, but you can complete the game entirely without using time stop, which should've been considered to be eliminated
Thanks for the feedback! and yes i know about the problem with the time control mechanic, i'm really not too great with level design and i had a hard time incorporating it into levels, but for the last level you were able to beat it without freezing the box on the slope?
Yes, it was quite tricky but possible
huh, i couldn't get that when i was testing, i guess you are better than me in my own game
Clever mechanics, however it's a little broken. I assume stopping time was supposed to mean stopping the boxes from moving, but sometimes there are still moving boxes even though the time is stopped.
Also, sadly it doesn't really fit the restrictions, since it's not 84x48 pixels. The player's jump, and the boxes absolutely ignore the fact that it's supposed to be 84x48 and are nearly always between pixels. Something, that shouldn't happen.
The jump felt really floaty, and I spent a noticeable amount of time just waiting for the player to fall.
The puzzles were nice, however many could be completed without using the main mechanic - stopping the time.
Overall, nice job! :)
from my testing it was 84x48, when i was inside the unity engine itself i didn't have issues if it being in-between pixels, as it seems to be more of a build issue because i had to make it fit inside the game page and not be too small to the point you wouldn't be able to really see what was going on, on some levels, some boxes don't get frozen for a reason and not a mistake, probably should've made that more clear, and i know about the movement problems, that's my bad as i tried to make my own movement script.
either way, thanks for the feedback!
What I meant by not being 84x48 is that if you, for example push a box, you see a gap between you and the box. And that gap is not 1 pixel wide, but more like 0.3... It depends on what strength you push it with. But it should not be able to move to such a position, or should not be able to render there.
But it still had a Nokia style, so I don't think it's really bad. Most people probably didn't even notice it. :/
Oh, well then that's my bad i've probably set up the build wrong, since for me in unity it shows just fine.. without the 0.3 pixel movement too
Oh, that is so unlucky...
In the web version, this wasn't the case.
Might just be a WASM error?
Could be, i don't really know the issue, and not like i can i fix it now anyways
I really liked the mechanics, some levels I could get through without stopping the time but after all really enjoyable
Thanks for your feedback!

the mechanics were nice but i guess i wasnt able to use it much through out the game. and i had a hard time at the 4th level.
Thanks for the feedback! I'm not too great with level design so that's why also i had a struggle with knowing how to add the time lock mechanism, and sorry for your hard time at level 4, most people i've play tested with said they had no problem with the levels
A great little puzzle game. Would be nice to see a bit more use of the time stop feature - I only had to use it once. Still fun without it though.
Thanks for the feedback! and yeah i've noticed the lack of the mechanic too, i was struggling with the level design for it, as it is my 2nd game ever.. either way thanks for your input!
