Max points for style and design from my perspective, love the vibes from this game. Not much is going on in the audio compartment while playing so I think some background music would fill that void. Great job!

Developer

Thanks for feedback! I was afraid of adding background music since I thought it could distract from puzzle solving, but you're right in that it does feel empty in the levels. -@h

Pleasure on my side - maybe instead of music the sound of footsteps? That would provide some audio feedback to digest.

i really liked this game! the graphics are very fancy but still completely readable, whitch is pretty difficult to achieve with these restrictions. some of the couns were pleasantly tricky, and overall i really enjoyed the game. the only problem are some collisions but i saw the disclaimer since i was using the online version. anyway, if you happen to try my game, please let me know what you think about it!

Developer

Thanks! Yeah, the web version sometimes acts oddly and even if we noticed it earlier I'm not sure what's the problem exactly. I'll try to play your game when I have the chance! -@h

First off, I LOVE the premise. The gameplay on its own is simple to grasp, but when you throw the optional coins into the mix it gets real interesting! Especially the later levels, those were tricky!

Thank you! -@h

Good game! The graphics are a little overwhelming at first, but after you start playing it, it's actually really easy to understand. The levels are nicely designed!

Nicely done!

The core idea is basic, but well executed. It's well polished for a jam game, and I enjoyed my time with it.

The visuals are nice, and fit the game well. The last level had me scratching my head, and was satisfying to finally figure out. I also appreciated the coins as an extra optional challenge.

My only critique is that a few of the early levels felt too easy, and even the way to get the coins is kind of obvious. But that may just be me.

Overall, good job!

I can see that! Last year people said that the levels were too hard, so I tried to introduce more easier levels at the beginning. Trying to balance difficulty is, ironically, hard. :D -@h

Definitely! The biggest thing I struggle with in game design is probably balancing difficulty.

Honestly it's not that bad, it was really just the only critique I could think of. Like I said, it might just be me, because I like puzzle games, so that sort of stuff might come easier to me. (Maybe.) And if this was a longer game with more levels, it probably wouldn't even matter.

Fun, reminds me a lot of Portal, just without Portals
