I particularly liked the realistic look of how the lightning formed. Well done.

Really nice for a quick game, I got to about 7 and was wondering what happens if you get hit haha, made it to15 before finding out.

This is a wonderful design. More people should play this and think about what's going on here. I can't stop thinking about it honestly.

Really enjoyed this. Lovely aesthetics and sound. Would be great to move a touch faster - perhaps for a limited time only. I got to 22 in the end - although slightly robbed I think by very feint lightening :) :)

Cool thunder, visually and soundly. I am used to games with reflex/dodge mechanics so I enjoyed this simple game for several attempts. I aimed for 30+ score and ended up having 51 as my final score.

The lightning effect is sick!
I still think the player can use some acceleration. Also you can make the player bounce off walls to make it more dynamic. Great job on the SFX.

Developer

Everyone's been saying the player needs acceleration, but each time I tried to add that in varying ways it just played bad.  When you'd press a direction key, you wouldn't immediately move (you'd accelerate) causing there to be a slight lag between what you ask to happen and what happens.  It just felt really bad no matter what numbers I plugged in for max speed and acceleration rate.

Very frustrating / 5, good job!

Mandatory ballz included. I like this project already. ;-)
