Description
Going with the "Inside My World" theme, I chose to take a dip into the world of the classic skeletal minion in any dungeon crawling RPG, and imagined a storyline in which you and your fellow skeletons revolt against your necromancer overlord. The first track, BusyBones, is for a potential opening sequence where the characters and setting are all established, with the back and forth between the clav and the marimba (garageband has neither a harpsichord nor a xylophone, deeply tragic) representing the lich overlord giving his minions orders as they work around the dungeon. The second track is supposed to be when you go back to the hub area between quests: a secret hideout where the skeleton dissidents can make their plans. Final track is the boss battle.
Message from the artist
This goddamn song jam has dominated my thought space for the 14 days and my actions for the last 7. How dare you operate such a fun event that gives me a chance to show my music to more people and see what stuff other people around me are making? And the fact that you had the audacity to give me the inspiration to make more songs for the first time in 2 months? Shameful.
This is a comedy joke and the jam has been lovely.
Theme
How does it fit the theme?
The game that this soundtrack would be for would put you in a new perspective, a new world that you're not used to, that of the silly chittery chattery clinkety clakety bone man who dies in one hit and looks exactly the same as his 200 expendable friends that the hero will eventually slaughter.

The beginning of Don't Let the Boss Hear Us reminds me of "Stal" from Minecraft, but the whole OST has a Banjo-Kazooie feel to it (or maybe it's just me, sorry, I've been playing a lot of Banjo-Kazooie lately). You know, I think this soundtrack would greatly fit a Halloween theme!
Is it funny? Yes! Rock? Yes! Melodious!? Yes!! COOL!? YEAH!!1!
I love this soundtrack has a combination of standard rock instruments, classical orchestral instruments and... MARIMBA!? Heh, it sounds like the soundtrack to some fun, crazy, frivolous but definitely dynamic game... I liked it!
Thanks)
a really fun take on the theme and you nailed the vibe!
This OST is awesome! Very interesting decisions in your music. Don't Let The Boss Hear Us is 10/10
Well done!!
Very eclectic OST, every track has it's own world and charm in it.
I love the game idea, and the songs are great too! My favourite track has to be BusyBones, I love the fun, spooky tone and the transition to 3/4 time partway through. The drum parts in each of the songs are excellent as well. The whole soundtrack reminds me of Grant Kirkhope's work on Banjo-Kazooie, it has that same playful energy. Great work!
Yo, you get that Banjo-Kazooie vibe from this too? That's pretty cool!
I couldn't help but smile the whole way while listening to this - it's so fun!
Big props on making a soundtrack using garageband stock instruments and still making it sound fun to listen to, I was never actually put off at all by the sounds at any point because I think you used them very cleverly! I really love the riff in the 3rd track.
Very fun and catchy OST! I'd say that the "Don't Let The Boss Hear Us" is my favorite
I love how creative you were with those tracks. Really a unique OST I'd say. Love the third one fr
this concept is so fun, and the music fits it really well! definitely made me smile. i think the second song is my favorite
