How does it fit the theme?
I attempted to make it as "underwater" as possible (lots of reverb, grand piano, long notes in the melodies), with a melancholy yet hopeful end to represent the mother figure in the picture no longer being there with the little girl; however I imagine the girl is looking through her mother's world to uncover her past and who she is.
