very ambitious project, so it's understandable that it feels unfinished. But the graphics look great, and you have some really nice atmosphere with those sounds and the giant robot chasing the player. Overall pretty impressive even if not all the features made it in.

Not much to do, but the robot is cool, and I could see the full game being good! It would take you probably a month to do it though, good luck :D
Very very VERY ambitious game with lots of potential. Kind of like Voidtrain, but with magnets haha. Which, unfortunately, there isn't too much of. I LOVED the aesthetics and the visuals, too bad there's nothing to really do besides look at the scenery. But that's understandable considering the time limit.
Hope you guys can expand on the concept. Can't wait to see what's next!
Yes, we definitely recognize the scope of our project. Thank you very much! We see the same potential and decided, that we won't cheap out on certain things. This is why we did not complete any gameloop, but instead concentrated on building a solid foundation. Than you for recognizing this and understanding the time limitations. :')
We definitely plan on updating this game!
Very cool game! Tons of potential. The giant robot is so f*cking cool! I really wish there was more, but considering you only had 3 days, the amount you got done already is incredible. Most people went for a game with a small scope, since they only had 3 days. But you guys went for a game with a HUGE scope! I can tell this game could become a big thing after the jam.
Obviously, as it is now, it's basically shoot and eat bird on train while admiring the terrain and giant robot simulator. But that's just because of the time constraint. Seriously, the potential is amazing with this game. Great job on this!
Also maybe you could check out/rate my game? :)
Thanks! We actually also did laughed and were excited once we got the robot ingame the first time. And after that we made it even bigger because it was just so cool and fun.
Yes, our scope was to big from the start. We started out with much simpler ideas, but once we got to this idea, we just thought: "This is nice. We all want to make this, even if it takes longer." ^^
So thank you very much for being understanding and for thinking that it could become something bigger. This really is motivating for us.
"shoot and eat bird on train while admiring the terrain and giant robot simulator" New genre right here. Yes, good description indeed. :'D
I will checked out your game. Really well done! One of the best entries I've played and with fully functional leaderboard as well.
Very cool game indeed! I hope you can continue working on the game into its final form. ^^
What i had to do was a bit confusing, i loved the visuals tho and i can see myself playing a survival game on an infinite railway.
Good job !
Took a picture of what i believe was his face 😂
I liked the game idea, it was fun to explore... to bad that it's not a game yet since there is nothing to do except shooting the birds, but in 3 Days? godammn that's nice progress...
I've actually detached the from the train and went to check out the big metal guy, holly shit he looks big! How the hell did you guys get that to work like that? :O
First off: thank very much, wer appreciate it!
Yes, we've not completed any full gameloop. Nevertheless we've plans to do so in following updated. :)
Our artist worked full time to get us all these models, while the talented programmer and me put all game systems in place.
The giant is an animated model. We scaled it up and added some sound effects as well as dust that gets kicked up when he stomps on the ground (using the unity particle system). The slow movement is what really sells it as well as the distance fog. Glad you liked it!
More ambience sounds is definitely something we will add! Thank you, we're already working on another Update. :')
Haha, yes, eating those birds is one of the most fun things you can do in the game right now. :'D
You'll will be able to cook them in the future. But maybe we'll keep the option to just eat them directly. :'D
