Everything I thought while playing was already mentioned by others so I'm not gonna give you the same info for the third time :) Game felt frantic and had some exciting moments, there are actually ways of skill expression here so I enjoyed trying to gain a higher score. When it comes to hitboxes I would like to add that the standard in game development is always to make "good" hitboxes (pickups, etc.) a bit larger than they look and "bad" hitboxes (enemies traps etc) a bit smaller than they look. Player-friendly design is always a good idea, not to make the game "easy" but just to make it feel good to play.

I agree with Irdazrl opinion which is that I can die in less than 1 second and in my opinion hit boxes are just so big, which is kinda annoying, moving on from that, the gameplay is good, the music is nice and relaxing. Great game, hope you accept the feedback for next time. Nice job!

Overall the game was enjoyable to play. The main mechanics of the game were easy to learn (even though with some details I had troubles). It felt that I could proceed further in the game with each attempt which is really good thing and kept me trying to get better scores a while. Good job!

Good game for a first jam, just one game dev tip. Make the hitboxes of your enemies smaller than the actual sprites, otherwise the player might not be able to accurately see what to dodge.

The game has nice music and visuals. The gameplay is simple and straightforward - quite enjoyable to play. My only complaints are that there's no way to replenish your booster (unless you break the game haha) and that it's difficult to find yourself on the leaderboard. Also, the "Magnetic" theme was taken very loosely here haha. But overall, nice submission for a 3-day jam!

Hey, thanks for reaching out to me! I was finally able to test your updated version of the game. And I gotta say, right off the bat it feels a lot more polished. The menu is nicer, the gameplay is smoother and the objective is more clear. I love that you've improved on the concept and updated the game!
I don't have much to add - everything has been said already. My only suggestion would be to add an Options menu with volume sliders. Music was pretty loud and there was no way to change it haha.
Other than that, awesome job! Keep up the great work and good luck with your future projects!

i agree with the other comment, fairly easy to break. The music was really chill. It was sad to wait for the death of my character, just like real life 😥.

Between the perspective and music, it evokes nostalgia of the flash game era.
It's fairly easy to break, as you only stop sprinting when you release the button, so you can sprint once and spend the game running. I also wish the game had an end state when you've collected everything.
I like the art and it's pretty fun.

This is one of the challenges I faced during the final minutes before uploading the game on Itch. However, I will try my best to fix it (as well as to improve) to make the experience better. ^^
What?! I definitely missed that! I just quickly pressed Shift each time and thought the sprint was purposefully short. That would have made things a lot easier...

The sound on this game is really good! I enjoyed the increasing pressure from the enemies as you get more and more points. Felt like I was becoming more and more magnetically charged. I felt myself dying pretty quickly though to the increasing pressure from all those enemies surround me. I also felt like the enemies were placed in a way where it becomes hard to keep moving as they pretty much surround you instantly as you get more and more points (especially the little guys). For me to get around that (which I felt was a nice thing that you added) was I would get points and run back to spawn and kind of collect a few enemies around that area since they won't follow me into the safe spawn area. Then I would run out and attempt to grab some more points and actually start my run. Overall good job! Hoping to see more updates on this game in the future!

The overall concept is to create a sense of pressure to the player so that the game will be more challenging as the player progresses which like a magnet involves an attraction towards the enemies and a direction of collecting items. ^^
