Real solid first game! Congratulations!

The combination of tank controls and facing the mouse cursor felt very disorienting and frustrating, but otherwise it was great! Stick some sounds in and iterate on the graphics a little and this will be an awesome little game!

If this is your first game ever, and you have built such a good foundation, I just can't wait to see what you will create in the future. Really great job!

Yikes! Well done! Was not expecting it from the presentation but it's quite smooth, and I love your integration of the mouse to control where you are going. Love the touch that boxes size affects your movement speed! Really well put together game!

Hello ! Thank you for playing the game and for the comment ! Yes, anything related to visual isn't my forte sadly, and I'm glad at least one person noticed the box's size would make the player a bit slower ! I didn't want that small mechanic to ruin the movement but I may have made this a bit too light.

I think you hit the sweetspot. It seems to me the perfect balance between trying to play the game for fun, where it doesn't hinder you, but also allow you to customise your playstyle if you wished, so you go for a lot of big boxes quickly, or gather all the small ones at no risk.

A strong idea and good technical work with the lighting detection, but the controls and gameplay could definitely use some design iteration. So good start, keep at it!

Core idea is great! Wish you managed to also add sound and other stuff.
Keep it up!

this is a really nice game, i totally felt stupid while playing haha

Really nice mechanic to not just get to the crates but bring them back to the deposit by avoiding the guards. Did get a bit lost at some points with what was my view cone and what view cone was the enemies when they overlapped but apart from that solid prototype.

Love the idea and the aesthetics! Would be even better if the controls were smoother.

Thank you for trying the game and for the comment ! I wanted the character to only be able to go forward or backward in order to make the gameplay feel a bit stupid/awkward/simple, to match the game's title, but I understand that it'd feel weird/wrong when discovering the game if that's what you were referring to. Maybe that was just too much of an awkward choice after all

Fit the theme well and gameplay was quite fun, was slightly difficult to control the player but managed to slowly get the hang of it.

The vision cone is great and movement is smooth! Although I wish there is option for strafing (like using A/D). Is it intended?

Thank you for trying the game and for the comment ! Yes, the comments points out the controls but it was intended as a way to make the control feel a bit more "stupid/awkward" to match the game's name more, but I understand how that could be perceived as weird controls from an outside point of view.
