This was fun! I can't recommend Git enough, though! If you still need help with it, I'm probably closer to your time zone so feel free to reach out if you need help getting it set up! It can be scary because of how many features it has, but for the basic purpose of basically being a backup copy of your code, it can be pretty easy once you figure it out!
Thank you for the offer. I will let you know if I need your assistance.
Surprisingly nice game overall! Although it doesn't fit the two buttons theme, I like the resilience to keep working on a game despite unforeseen accidents. The story is interesting and the game is still fun to be played. I think you should be proud of what you accomplished despite what happened.
I liked the seal. He a real one.
Unfortunate that your data was lost, I guess I can just suggest looking into git aswell (didn't like it at first either, but nows it's an absolute must in my workflow). Regarding the game, I think it looked to be on a good way for a visual novel, but I think the music could have used some smooth blending :) See you next game jam maybe ;)
Hi, sorry to hear your data is corrupted, don't feel upset, and yes git is quite a useful thing in our business, it's not as hard to learn as you think.
