Did you find the monologue where she calls the monster weak, pathetic and an embarrassment for tentaclekind yet?
(I actually hope you didn't, because shortly after the deadline I noticed that I forgot to add facial expressions to that one and also made a stupid typo. Gonna fix that when voting is over)
A very interesting game. Having to use your tentacles in almost a puzzle to try and get more to use is an interesting way to unlock such things. Quite the fun game as you slowly build up more and more of your tentacles to use and it has quite a nice amount of interactivity. The models were pretty good and the music was a pleasant track. Sort of adding to the cave feeling as you fully delve in with your tentacles. Its cool to see whats been done here. ~

i have to say i am not generally a fan of the whole tentacle concept. but this game really sold me on it! i think giving the woman a lot of agency and just dialog in general makes the concept feel a lot more grounded. and, i think making the player the tentacle monster fixes one of the other issues with the kink in general for me: the tentacle monster usually feels completely depersonalized and abstract. but when the player is the monster, well, now we know that we have a personality and an inner world, etc.
one of my favorite moments was when the woman said something like "put me down" after i picked up both her legs. my immediate reaction was to, well, do as she asked... and i think this kind of mechanic really sells that this is a consensual interaction.
so, to elaborate: i think that consent is one of the most interesting ideas in horny video games. usually in video games, the player character imposes their will on the world as they see fit. being asked by the game to relinquish this control is something that horny games do really well. and i think it works especially well here given that the tentacle monster trope is not exactly associated with consent in my mind. but what i like in particular is that it doesn't feel fake. it's easy to say "yeah all the characters in this porn are consenting, as decreed by me, the author," but the interaction with the woman asking me to put her down--this actually sells it to me that it is consensual for real. it is an interaction that can only be told through gameplay, as opposed to dialog, and so it grounds the game, for me.
the tentacle mechanics themselves are fun to play with, and i like the vague puzzle-solving aspects of the game. the way the woman insists she won't open her legs is fun. it feels intrinsically gamey ("let me identify which limbs i need to grab to get to her vagina"), but it's also kinky. it's neat.
Wow, you just went for it, didn't you. Well made little thing. The girl's model and the lighting are pretty good. The tentacles look pretty janky, but I imagine things that that are super hard to animate well, so it's acceptable for the jam time frame. Good use of IKs for the tentacles and limbs; occasionally there are angles that look weird, but again, it takes a lot of work to make that sort of thing look natural. I don't mean to sound that negative, the fact that this exists at all is pretty incredible IMO. All in all I had a good bit of fun.
Really fun little game! I loved that it was short and sweet and knew exactly what it was doing and went all in without any filler. Just perfect for a jam game, I think. Also really loved that the girl was not only into it, but encouraging and even playful about it all. It made for a very charming dynamic and gave her some real personality which elevated the experience. It was fun to experiment and figure out all the steps, and the fact that you could set custom rhythms for each of the penetacles kept me noodling with it longer than I might want to admit.
Now I'm hungry for a campaign version of this where people come to the cave and you have to figure out how to pleasure them and the choices you make affect who comes to the cave next. Maybe you even level up and get to upgrade with new tentacle types! Anyway sorry, got carried away there. Excellent work!

The controls can be a bit wonky and it’s hard at moments to know when you’re making progress, but since it’s a short game, it wasn’t too much of an issue. Great job with this.
This was unexpectedly sweet, given what it's about. I wasn't expecting the experience to be so good-natured!
The controls could maybe use some tweaking here and there (which is hardly a criticism given the time constraints) but overall this is a really solid piece of smut. Well done.
A short yet enticing experience! I did read below that the character is made in Vroid studio, but it's still a very well designed one, super cute gal.
The tentacle monster idea might seem cliche to some but I say it's cliche for a reason, it's darn enticing! I love that kind of thing and I'm quite happy to see it featured in a submission. I like that you slowly unlock the different tentacles instead of just having them all right away, but I also appreciate the sandbox mode to play with after the main little story mode. Nothing much critical to say, other than I wish there were some sounds from the girl.
Over all a great little game, I enjoyed it quite a bit ^^
Nice model for the girl, and I like how the dialogue progresses, revealing more of her character, especially at the end with the possible hints of what could come next. I can imagine this game having a fleshed out backstory if it's expanded on, like having the girl spread rumors of her experiences with the tentacle monster, setting up encounters with different characters.
The controls for the tentacles were a bit confusing at first. I was expecting a sort of toggle on and off after you select a tentacle, but because misclicking also deselects the tentacle, it took some time to get used to.
What a perfect use of an articulated character model! Like I'm sure we've all dragged 3D characters around by their limbs in those model posing programs, but this takes that mechanic and says "yes, aaaaaaaand?"
I mean with a squid based icon a tentacle game is pretty much promised to be of interest to me. I can tell you did a lot of work on it and it's a fun simple game. If I had constructive feedback it's that it can be a little hard to tell where the interaction point is on her body. The blue circles weren't always reliable or easy to notice in some positions. And it was hard for me to use the tentacle with her ass or mouth.
Wow, you've put a lot of thought into how this all comes together. The girl has reactions for all sorts of situations, and the game does a good job of adapting all of the limbs to whatever position the player sets. She's a person with a range of emotions and expressions and not just a doll for the players to pose.
The models and lighting look great and fit the setting. I like the simple but effective background, it's not too empty to feel fake or too full to distract the players. The audio is fitting and reflects what's happening on the screen well.
Camera and action controls all felt good, which is incredible for this type of game given how quickly it was made! There are some instances of tentacles being stubborn, but overall it plays quite well.
The dialogue and story progression are excellent additions that take this game more into the realm of interactive fiction that a sex sim. This could potentially make for a good VR experience if that's something you want to try.

I really liked the personality of the girl! The controls were a bit hard to get the hang of at first, like I wasn't sure when I needed to just click on something, or click and hold. The ability to zoom in and out would've also been nice. (Also I know it was probably out of scope but i feel like this type of project would really be improved with some voice acting.) Still, pretty fun with a solid ending.
The "rub woman to unlock more gameplay" gives me nostalgia for Meet n Fuck. The graphics are alright; couldn't figure out how to get the 3rd and 4th grabby tentacles. nvm it was fixed
The 3rd grabbing tentacle should unlock as soon as you fuck her anally or vaginally. Oral is not going to work (I disabled that intentionally, because having a tentacle in her mouth disables all the dialog, and I didn't want people to miss out on it).
It was a bit different in the first build I submitted, where it was indeed a bit more obscure. Are you sure you downloaded the new 1.1.1 version?
When you played it the day before yesterday, then you probably played the 1.1 version. Please try the 1.1.1 build, it contains a couple fixes.
