Pretty fun top down combat game! Well balanced, good enemy variety, and thoughtful upgrades. The only thing I wish is that the upgrades could be returned, though I guess I get why they can't be. Shooting the barrels to explode enemies was a ton of fun!!

Could you make the controls support touchpad?  You can't use the gun with just touchpad

Developer

How would you suggest I do that? Touchpad isn't really meant for gaming....

Very fun game! I had a ton of fun going for a 100% crit build with the flintlock, I wish there was a keybind to enter fullscreen since you have to press escape every time, I think the flintlock is a bit too powerful compared to everything else since all you have to do is get the boots, some crit boosting items and then just stay as far as possible from enemies and dash around.

Thanks, it's G for fullscreen. One of my playtesters told me F was too close to D and they kept pressing it on accident

I've been watching your progress on the discord for this game.
Unfortunately, it lags for my little hp laptop and I'm also using a mousepad.
But everything I saw in the videos and even the little bit of gameplay I got to experience on my part I was super impressed.
It's especially games like yours that humble me instantly.
The movement and combat and just overall smoothness to your game is phenomenal.
It captures what a lot of dungeon games aim for so well.

And also, I think your cover art is sweet.
Just wanted to let you know I think your game is cool.

Thanks, appreciate it 👍 (I'll see what I can do about the performance)
