Really simplistic and fun game, the amount of variety from the comments and how they vary really did it for me.
Great Job!
I do hate those filthy hero mains though
Haha are you an angry Kirby main then...?
nah I'm a Ridley main
this game made me laugh, it was really enjoyable, the sound effects are really well done and the artwork aswell..
the best line for me was "Valve where is HL3".. true... where the hell is it! ahahahha
Well done man!
A really good game with some funny references! The animations and audio were great and fit the game perfectly. Good job!
this game sets off Avast Antivirus, guess avast doesn't like angry comments! this game despite its simple nature is quite fun. mashing the space key to get the quickest time is just brilliant. art style, sound effects just make this game really stand out. well done!
A funny concept and experience. The visuals, animations as well as the hilarious comments that would show really added to my experience. Awesome submission.
Damn this game is awesome. It was super funny and kept me playing multiple times. The visuals look great and the audio really improved the player experience. Well done this is amazing! :D
You're too kind Vic!
Really love the idea, had a lot of fun with this, good job!
Superb presentation, everything flows well and the art/font/music/sfx all fit together perfectly - getting proper NES/GB vibes. The level of polish is impressive!
Had a good chuckle at some of the comments :)
A very quirky and well polished game, gave me a good chuckle whilst playing. The ability to pick some rudimentary options is really nice and add a whole level of user experience that many people overlook. The animations and graphics are really well made, and I think that the game is almost at a level where it can be put on a marketplace.
Have you considered the method in which you have exported the game, is it efficient and user friendly, or is there a better alternative that you could have done? Secondly, I couldn't determine what the goal of the game is. Is it to get as many words typed as possible, or to have the character explode as quickly as you can. Is there even a goal, and was it intentionally designed that way?
Overall, I enjoyed my experience playing this game and played multiple times just for the comments. It was a thoroughly entertaining experience. Impressive, well done.
Thanks for playing and leaving such a big comment! Since I made the game with Love2D the only way I could export it was to an .exe with the .dll library files it needs to run so I didn't have much choice there. I feel like this game was a little more experimental than a traditional game with a win or lose state so I was happy with the game simply being a short experience that the player could explore the possibilities of in a few minutes :)
