Works rather well stamina for blocks works quite well with the problem that the inputs for the attacks are slightly too fast for the recovering player and there is no pusishment for the attacking player that hits a block so I feel that it is quite likely just a game of who can mash the fastest without activating the block function by registering to key presses in a single frame as I asume that your attack inputs are read through the update method

The attack cooldown when hitting a block is actually doubled (unless the block is broken), but I definitely agree that the attack cooldowns are a bit off, unfortunately I didn't have a P2 to playtest this with so I couldn't get the balance exactly right.

The attack and block is registered in the update method yes, the game has a set time that you have to hold the key before it triggers a block, if it's released before then, it triggers a hit.

Thanks for the feedback, totally agree!

A very nice concept. I didn't have a player two unfortunately, but I can see how much fun this would be with two players.

I like that you made it so that even if no one is thrown off, the player who is further in the enemy territory wins. Also love the fact you added stamina to the blocking, gets rid of people just holding the the button and not moving at all.

Don't really have anything bad to say about it.

A cool concept to do a multiplayer game, both players get a single input (i suppose you could argue this game has two inputs) and i like the way you can block by holding your button.

To properly test this game i required another human and so kindly the Mrs agreed to be that person.

After giving her a proper thrashing i can confirm i am a pretty all round great sumo even if it seems i know do have to cook dinner...

Loved the little animations and the background music did feel in keeping with the game which was cool.

Overall a good bit of fun!

Fun multiplayer game, that sticks to the 1 input rule, since each person playing only has 1 button they can press. Stickman look awesome, and remind me of flash games. Rip Flash.

Wow, a very cool idea to make a 2 player game that, while I guess technically breaks the one input rule, still adheres to the spirit of the challenge, at least in my opinion.

I'm not sure I can really come up with any worthwhile feedback without actually playing the game against another person, so I'll just say great job!
