I thoroughly enjoyed the game, the music complimented the fishing and sailing theme presented. The game felt pretty easy to obtain the hats and boat upgrades throughout the game so to increase the overall time of playing, upgrades could be more spaced out or money per click could be decreased.
I like the overall theme and decisions made in the gameplay with the options available. Maybe would suggest using text mesh pro for the higher resolution text as struggled to read sometimes but overall great idea!
I like that the hat, boat and fishing rod are able to change when you upgrade them. The art style and the music is also good.
I like the art style for the game and the system of the upgrading not only the fishing rod but the ship and the hat.
I thought the artstyle was great the whole look of the game was minimalistic but worked really well with the whole chill vibe i was getting while playing. I feel the auto clicker is too easy to obtain making the game a bit too easy from the start, moreover the font is a bit blury and hard to read if you are not in full screen.
Cool game fits theme however the main menu has a couple of issues where the options button didnt seem to want to open an options menu for me and the quit button crashes the game in the browser liked seeing the sprites change when upgrades were bought as it was good visual feedback also like that you can see how many clicks you average a second
Love watching the little Fisherman progress from a humble plank and stick up to a very fancy speed boat looking ship and all the hats he collected along the way. I enjoyed the musical backing track in particular as well, it really held me and made me want to keep playing even if all I was doing was holding down the 'MX1' clicker macro on my keyboard (sorry for cheating...).
I would say thought that the upgrade system could have done with a bit more manual input to encourage some player interaction. Also the volume slider didn't work for me at all, but fortunately the volume was at quite an agreeable volume to start with.
well done team MistakeNot
Love it.
I like that the art changes with the upgrades. The fact it keeps track of your average clicks is a nice touch. The music was pleasant.
I definitely enjoyed playing this one.
Like the idea if this game, One thing I really liked was being able to see how fast your clicking and seeing all the upgrades on your boat and character. One thing you could add is maybe being able to customize your characters hat when you unlock them.
This is really cool and you've clearly worked quite hard on this - Good job! The only issues is the options are a bit blurry and the option on the menu doesn't work for me.
A cool spin on the cookie clicker task. One of the the coolest things is having all the click trackers and seeing how fast you can click. I would say though that a more detailed character model would be nice unless you were going for a stickman game.
Great game, I love the ability to customize the guy with hats and changing the look of the boats. The art was all very consistent and the music fit well, a geniunely good experience to play. The text on all of the UI buttons for me was quite blurry and hard to read, not helped by the fact they were so small. Overall really good though.
Very good game hats are so funny I would like hat too now because of this game I will buy hat and learn to fish
Music could use work
This fishing clicker game is a fun calming experience. Having upgrades that go infinitely high provides no end as to how long you can spend playing until you beat the game. I like how the added bonus of just clicking provides its own multiplier, making getting to high scores relatively quick, while at the same time leaving much higher scores easily achievable.
The music definitely provides the atmosphere shown in the clicker to keep the game nice and peaceful, causing for a pleasant experience.
The fishing theme is a good choice for this style of game. The letters at the end of a number to signify different amounts of money is a unique feature, and it's easy to understand, although it requires explanation to make sense.
Having the different items be more expensive as you purchase them more is also a feature that makes the game play experience feel more robust, since you never get to a point where you gain more money than you can ever possibly spend.
The music is also very chill, and while there are potential better choices for a fishing game, I'd say the music serves well to set the pace and atmosphere of the game.
Overall, good as far as clicker games go.
