Well made and quite interesting concept. The level design is quite well made and guides the player well when a new mechanic shows up. The difficulty is also well balanced.

The strength of this game is the central mechanic of adjusting the dials, and the large number of clever puzzles built around it. I genuinely enjoyed teasing my brain with these puzzles, which were challenging but not unfair. And there is a surprising number of levels available! Impressive.

Unfortunately, the presentation could use a lot of improvement. The graphics are unattractive, and it should be noted that the visuals for the "coldest" setting doesn't really suggest it, because ice is generally white or light blue, not deep blue. There is no music, and the sound effects are rudimentary. You might want to consider making a few more blips and bloops for jumping, adjusting the dials, reaching min/max temperature on a dial, etc. The presentation doesn't do justice to what is really a very intelligent puzzle game.

I agree that the sound is lacking. I also did learn near the end of the jam the water and ice looked similar causing difficultly. Thank you for leaving a comment and playing. :D

I love the game. I like the mechanics of you having to twist dials to solve your way through puzzles and the pixelated looks

cool puzzles the box was moving all over the place but that fine , wish you added sfx and music , overall I liked the game and I gave you a decent rating thank you for your amazing submission!

Agreed some music and other sounds would have been nice. Thanks for playing and the kind words. :D

Cool puzzles but I felt the box was too slippery which made it hard to position in the right place on some puzzles

Developer

I agree with your comment about the box it was an early concern but by the time I got to fixing it some puzzles depended on the floaty physics. Thanks for taking the time to play and give feedback.

I love the game concept. Some music and different SFX would have pushed this submission higher but the game itself is a clear and satisfying puzzler. Great Job!

Thank you for playing. I agree that a nice soundtrack would have made this better.  :D
