It took me a while to get used to it, but it was a fun, unique game with stunning art and colour pallete. I suggest you use a font that matches it rather than the default one for Godot, but good job overall!
Haha yea you caught me! My goals for this jam were to try making a boss fight and a simple dialogue box, but I ended up spending too much time on the first thing. I think I will update the game after the voting ends to try and learn about Godot's RichTextLabel Node and make the dialog less boring! Thank you for the feedback!

I really enjoy how the player wobble-walks. It's a neat effect and the controls feel very smooth! Nice simple color palette and solid design. Fun game thanks for sharing :)
Thanks! I spent a lot of the time just tweaking the animations and gameplay feel so I am glad to hear that you liked it!
The game was well made and nice! I really like the player walking animations, but I found it really hard to get the other person to win, they wouldn't ever hit me, so I just killed it a few times... nice entry!
