I like the idea and the visuals but I found it hard to figure out how to play.

I like the idea! However the enemies didn't harm seem to harm me and also getting to the top doesn't seem to do anything, so I wasn't really sure how to win or lose, I guess I could just keep increasing my score by killing more enemies. I think with a few adjustments and bug fixes it could be really fun :D
Nice art on this game! Love the simple linework and the palette you chose!
I ran into a few bugs/strangeness when playing the game. Whenever I let go of holding space, then pressed it again, my character would get teleported to the bottom of the hill. I think this is an intended mechanic, but the player never really seemed to be consistent on where I was teleported. Also the game bugged out the first time I played and the rock flew to the left, leaving me without a way to hit enemies.
Interesting idea! It a little buggy though with collisions. I liked the art and the music. Would have been interesting to have the game end after you get to the top, so you are constantly weighing finishing the game or getting more score. Fascinating that it would make you act as if you were Sisyphus without the game overtly forcing it on you.
Haha not planned. It's either because you stopped moving, which turns off collision and lets the boulder fall, I could've done one way collision but didn't think about it. Or because you actually touched and the game decided to run the collision as a physics object rather than what I told it to do. First time using physics, there are a LOT of bugs. If I could do it again, I'd just figure out how to code in inclines myself.
Nice! The art was simplistic but nice on the eyes and the music was very soothing. I like the concept of taking the story of Sisyphus and turning it into a fun minigame. I might've done something wrong but after I got to like 500 points, the enemies stopped dying to the boulder and they just stacked up in a line, so that was as many points as I got. There were also runs where my boulder disappears, so maybe you could add some way to reset the boulder in case something like that happens. Still, though, I thought it was a pretty fun game. Good job!
I understand the idea, but when I am on top of the mountain with my boulder nothing happens. Though nice job.
The art is simple and clean. I dont unterstand while moving whitout the rock has the same animation of when you push the rock. Well done. Check out my game if u can ;)
I really like the background art. Unique gameplay and creative implementation of the theme. I'd probably make the rolling of the stone faster & add some game juice when you kill enemies
Cool idea ! i loved the visual, and struggle a bit with my boulder at first but i like what you did with the theme
It's take long for me to load webGl, nice visual, but still get the idea !
Check my game as well ^^
Even though I know you had to rush this out, you were able to execute the concept pretty well. Decently fun with a good aesthetic!
I like this game! Great gameplay! Good job!
Please check my game as well ;)
Thanks! Yeah, I kinda just rushed this out. But the basic concept was that you're real goal is to push the boulder up the hill. But the enemies running after you needed to be crushed by the boulder or you'll die. So you let go. So you'd fail, but maybe you'll get lucky if you try again? It is random after all.
