Thank you for playing! I definitely wanted to put more sound effects for the weapons but ran out of time to properly test them before the jam ended so I left this build as the final one. I already have an updated build working so they should be added pretty soon :)

I'm glad you liked it! I was experimenting with the Command design pattern to make players and enemies use the same motion component so that probably affected the movement a bit. Thank you for playing!

There was so much more I wanted to add but the jam timer is brutal lol. I am definitely going to clean it up and add more to this project.

Thank you for enjoying my game!

This game definitely changed a lot during development lol. Originally it was going to be a top-down survivors game where you defend a vault that could also be upgraded to fight back. The original idea I had was  a lot more "tower-defense" themed and I am definitely going to spend a few weeks adding the things I had planned. (And untangling the mess of code written at the end :)

Have fun with the other submissions!

I had a lot of fun, but couldn't make it past wave 5 lol. It would be nice if there was an indicator for if right click is going to move you or target an enemy, ie an enemy flash if it would target them.

Thank you for playing!

I want to keep working on this after the jam ends so your feedback is really nice. Moving up and tower would be really cool to implement so I want to try doing that next after cleaning up the spaghetti I made just to finish the game. I definitely wanted to add some weapon info/polish and Risk of Rain like descriptions to the side with their bonuses. I implemented a spawn cap for the enemies to try and help the lag on html exports but they still ended up being too powerful in the end.

Have a good jam!

This is so well made, I enjoyed the game a ton!

Very well made game, I liked all the sound effects that you added and it felt nice to control. Also, how could you make me do that to the ducks D:

Note: Some of the spike hitboxes seemed to be broken in the second level.

I had a lot of fun, I'm still letting it run since I hit 2 fps but want to see how many nights I can go. I liked that yall added a leaderboard and the concept of having your towers produce resources is cool. I think the first night is a little rough but after that, the resource production quickly becomes nuts.

Side note: It looks like towers don't attack the same enemy until they exit and re-enter the towers range.

Update: I made it to night 15 after 80ish minutes, can someone ping me if the beat that, lol.

I'm glad you enjoyed it! We definitely spent a lot of time on the level design and feel. I remember being up at 1 in the morning with 5 more levels to polish before the jam ended. It was so much fun.

Thank you so much! I enjoyed writing the messages and making adjustments to each of the levels.

Thank you for playing! That was supposed to be the gimmick of Fast Switch but everyone who play tested it said the window was too short and got stuck for several minutes. We where originally planning on scrapping that level but in the end decided to remake it with the red worm having a longer death cooldown since we thought the concept was cool and really wanted it to be added.

Thank you for playing! The level design and polishing definitely took most of the time, so I am glad it turned out well.

Thank you! We had a lot of fun coming up with the idea.

I'm glad you enjoyed it so much! We wanted to add more sound effects but ended up running out of time in the end, so maybe a future update post-jam.

Glad you enjoyed! We where heavily inspired by the rock/paper/scissors wild card for our mechanics so I'm happy it turned out well.

Thank you for playing! I enjoyed writing the comments and thought it would be fun to scatter them around the levels.

I liked the game's art, as others have mentioned there is a apple storm after level 1. Cool game, keep up the good work.

Thank you for enjoying, I realized to late that I definitely should have done the text scroll by character instead of percent visible so I could increase the speed without it skipping characters.

I definitely wanted to add more scares, there is even a cut part of the game that would make trash relevant. I am probably going to take the next jam off just so I can work on this a bit more because I am really proud of how it has turned out so far and would like to make it even better.

Thank you for playing, this is definitely the most complete game I've made by myself and I hope to add more to it in the future.

Thank you for enjoying my game, the song is "Study" buy Chillmore on Pixabay

That also reminds me that I needed to add credits to the page.

Very cool demo, I did get softlocked near the end because my character started teleporting wildly around the screen after dying in the "Dont look behind you" section

Really fun game and cool mechanic, I somehow managed to get stuck in the floor from a moving platform.

Thank you for playing, I'm glad you enjoyed it.

Thank you for playing my game. I definitely would have liked a bit more time to work on the game, there where supposed to be bedrooms and a bit more to explore and I would like to add those after the jam ends.

Thank you, I was having a little trouble getting the webpage to work properly with text but I'm happy with how it turned out in the end.

Thank you. I wanted to add a few more scares and rooms to the hotel but ended up running out of time.

This is the best game. My favorite part was when John Godot said, "It's godoting time" and godoted all over the place.

The moonwalking will always be a feature

I liked the game a lot. I feel like by the time you get big guys to show up you do so much damage they get one shot and I wish there was a little more challenge to killing some of the things, but I had a lot of fun with it.

This is one of my favorite games of the jam so far.

There is a info button on the main screen that lists the controls.

I think this game is really cool but it keeps randomly crashing when I go through portals or die.
