hey Shogun thank you for leaving such an in depth response. This character controller was made completely from scratch so I'm glad to hear that the coyote time was the biggest thing you didnt like. The sprinting mid air was done on purpose to give a more responsive (albeit les realistic haha) feel to the jumps to give the player maximum control over their movement. 

Also i did not have time to implement checkpoints or jump height regulation although i do understand your frustration as i also got frustrated play testing it haha

Your game blew me away! Legit too good for a game jam. Needs to be put on a bigger stage!!!! If i played this type of game more often i would buy it no doubt. easy 5/5 definitely going in my youtube video.

dude, i genuinely cant say enough nice things about this game. reminds of me of old text adventures i used to write before i started using unity. The progression was addictive and I beat the dragon in 3 hits and then upgraded my health to a disgusting 340, then upgraded my attack to 200 and absolutely destroyed everything after that. Also made it back up to the surface after defeating the dragon. By far my favorite game so far and definitely going in my youtube video on the game jam afterwards!!!!! Loved it (obviously).

i love the creepy aesthetic going on here. I think the tv screen could be moved a bit closer to the player? It was really tiny to look at even on a 32" monitor. Hey Shigeal, I really appreciate you taking the time to play my game. I think you might have just needed to walk closer to the brain, its interactable just like the other dopamine balls and it launches the final cutscene and brings the story to a close. Thank you again!

Personally I'm not a fan of AI generated art and creative IP... but this was a fun game. Well designed levels. Also where did you get the music from? I was major vibing to the synthwave.

the tutorial was a really nice touch with the hand drawn character. Its obvious your passionate about marine biology which was refreshing. Game was a little clunky to control but overall pretty cool. Would you mind rating mine?
