thankyou for the detailed feedback that is really helpful. I'm further developing the game into hopefully a full, much longer release. Thankyou so much for playing!

Really love the look of the game and the sound and music is really nice. My timing sucks so I didn't get very far lol

I got lost in the woods lol. Good job

ooF that's challenging! That's some epic fast-paced action lol. The sound and overlay as it chases you really adds to the feeling of overwhelming anxiety. Really nicely done and so glad to see more GDevelop games on here!

Game has a really nice feel to it, and would be good expanded to tell more of the story! Really liked the character design and animation too.

Very fun, I almost beat wave 6! Gorgeous visuals!

Love seeing stuff made with GDevelop! The hiding mechanic was really good. Genuinely fun to play.

Well that's genuinely unsettling lol. Nice work!

ooh boy he was bigger than I thought he was going to be. You really captured the alone in the woods at night feel lol. Nice work.

Cool game, had a little jump when I got caught after wandering around after my flashlight ran out of power lol

Good fun, very nice smooth animations and had a claustrophobic feel with the close camera and limited torch range.

Really awesome, loved it. Creepy yet fun :D Loved the outtakes lol

I never realised how much fun it would be to dash around a house as a cat!

A genuinely spooky experience. The feeling of doing everything similar yet different as the fog grew thicker and details become more unclear was a good take on someone loosing their memories, or themselves. Shadows behind the trees creeped me out lol

A short but quite enjoyable bittersweet story with a satisfying ending. Totally didn't awaken anything in me at all *suspicious whistling*

Cute characters, and nice artwork. A joy to play.

Really cool and unique concept with a great unsettling story.

very cool concept. Sounds and voices are top notch. Can see this growing into a very captivating type of story-driven game. (even as a full blown mech-driver as a job sim sounds good)

very cute characters and love the dialogue portraits

web version is a bit laggy on start, but evens out after awhile. Nice aesthetics, very gloomy and creepy.

Magnet gives a unique twist on the 'flappy' genre with added difficulty with the lava balls.

The level after you find Richard I believe. It was ranged enemies. They sometimes congregate all at once and instakill you with multiple shots getting you all at once.

Really like the pixel art and how you can show so much with so few pixels :) Torch light gave a good eerie vibe and the music 100% helped with that.

Fun with some genuine twists (jaw literally dropped at one point). Shadows really help keep those things popping up around corners. Could not progress past a certain level as it got very difficult but maybe I'm just not very good :)

thankyou, I really hoped to add more levels before time ran out. There will be an updated version after the judging period :)

thank you for taking the time to play it and your kind words. I was hoping to get three levels done and I hope to expand on it after the jam ends to flesh it out further.

Well that was terrifying haha good job.

The easiest game engine I've had the pleasure to use. I can have a project up and running in minutes if I use pre-defined behaviours, or I can make my own using the event system. For someone with little time on my hands, being able to make something without having to spend hours on tutorials or scouring through complex documentation has been a godsend. I've been using Gdevelop for almost a year now, and have no regrets.
